Worst service ever! The 'newbie' took my order wrong, tried to overcharge for the wrong order, tried to not give me my change ($12), had to call someone else for help, helper had to call manager (who still shorted me 67 cents), then had me pull into parking spot to wait for my food). After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my food. During my wait, a different worker came out and asked each of the five cars waiting what they had ordered. WTH??? They definitely don't know the meaning of fast or customer service, how to count, being courteous or polite. My food was lukewarm, fries not warm at all, no ice in my drink. I received two responses from 5 employees... "my bad" and "sorry about that ". I WILL NOT BE GOING...
Read moreThe prices online match nothing close to what you would pay in the store.We had to cancel our order because they were trying to charge almost 15 dollars more for our meal than it said it was online.But what's funny is they will accept the cheeper price once it's placed online.Then I was like let's give them a second chance and now its gonna take 15 min more than the estimated time, when I saw employees behind the counter look around and not working.When I was a kid it used to be a amazing place to eat when they had a long john silvers attached but it's been downhill since then.I like that they at least notify the customers this information but its been a frustrating experience...

There are times I wait for food, but it's the exception, not the rule as it used to be, friendly folks, happy to help, they are the reason for my return to KFC.. the only reason I did 4 and not 5 stars is the fountain pop is just bad, I think the syrup needs turned up, as the carbonation is too high, and it's been that way since that place opened, it could simply be a bad machine. If you had nightmare service, try it now, they're on par with, if not better than, the other drive thru...
