We stopped by on a Friday night on the way through Kermit. I guess we went at the wrong time (between 8:30 & 9:00p), and maybe we didn't order the right food. I see all the great reviews, and I almost feel bad not giving a good review. The lady that waited on us was very sweet and friendly. I ordered a Cuban sandwich (torta) and my husband ordered a fajita burrito. We got it to go, and when we got to the hotel and got ready to eat it, the bread on mine was really soggy and gross. She was being rude and racist to my co worker because he was white he ordered Asado not Asada although they sound similar I was there and he said it clear and correct. She assumed because he didn’t speak Spanish and she kept repeating no English, that he might’ve meant to say asada not asado but she was in the wrong and never made efforts to correct it and laughed about it with other people.
