Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Kermit — Hotel in Kermit

Paula at Kermit Cobblestone was rude and had horrible customer service. I called ahead of time and asked what was the latest we could check in, she told me 4 AM. After a 10 hour drive we got there at 3:20. I was told by Paula it was too late to check in. I asked if she was the one I spoke with and she said she "couldn't remember"....over the phone she gave me the Rate, discussed truck parking, and late checkout. We fully respect your policy, but not only was I lied to, she was rude on the phone and in person. ..not the person that you want serving customers. We're in this area frequently and will not be...

We showed up and from the appearance of the outside of the building, the parking lot, the curb appeal, we said “wow, this is new”. We walked in and it looked like the brand new penny you get from the bank. The smell was “new car like”, the floors were squeaky clean like a basketball hardwood floor (literally, my shoes squeaked when I walked). The rooms were immaculately clean and fresh! My wife and I are beyond impressed! The service was as good if not better than the level of clean. Top notch all the way around! Well done. (And by the way, this hotel is 2yrs old but I guarantee you...

Hotel is Nice and clean . Amenities are average and appointments are as expected not too fancy but definitely sufficient. Breakfast is a joke however . Always out of almost everything .... no coffee.....eggs.....bacon/sausage......biscuits .... gravy...... hash browns..... no fruit..... could do better considering the nightly rate.....!!!!!!! just a bunch of bread stuff and waffle mix and two choices for cereal. Milk is in tiny cartons. The doors here close loudly so you will hear them no matter what. Not saying it’s a terrible place ..... but...
