Family Dollar — Local services in Kermit

Yall need to have the Vanilla Gift cards removed from yalls store! I have had my money from my card wiped out within 1 hour and 10 mins after purchasing it. It takes an hour to activate it and then 10 mins after activation was complete i checked the card the money was wiped and used in California at a Dry cleaners place. I am only 1 of 500 others customers that have been ripped off by Vanilla Gift card. If i was Family Dollar id stop selling these, and if yall keep selling these i hope people stop going to Family Dollar to buy cards cause this is Theft! We work for our money and i will never again spend it on any Card at Family Dollar until they stop selling...

I visited this store to purchase one item: a small fan. I never thought I'd give a store like this five starts but they deserve it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier. Next, I immediately found an employee on the floor willing to help me locate a fan. She even gave me options! "Do you want a big one? They're to your right. Do you want a small one? They're 2 aisles down to your left." I found a suitable fan and proceeded to the checkout where I received outstanding, humerus service. I spent more time in the parking lot than inside the store....

I bought a speaker yesterday I’m my phone it’s doesn’t pair with it and I’m went back to the store because I don’t want it anymore and they said that the only think can do is change it for another one,that’s not right,they said that because it was open,if I don’t open it how I would know if the speaker works or not,this is insane,U should change...
