I went in and bought a few items 6/30/24 at 4:34pm ticket 99902218320012143500. On my ticket I bought 5 bananas.40¢ each. When I came home 5 minutes later I opened a banana and it was completely black inside. The out side was pretty yellow. So I took the banana's back to the store immediately. So this was all done in like 15 minutes. When I approached the Cashier (that refused to give me her name but she was about 4'8" tall with shoulder length grey white hair.) well she told me we do not refund your money on banana's. I tried to explain to her you just rang me out 10 minutes ago and the time is on my receipt. (There were other customers in line behind me. ) she was causing a scene with me, so I ask for the manager. So she went to the office for about 5 minutes then the manager came out. I couldn't even hardly speak with the manager because the cashier would not be quite. So then I told the manager please give me my refund because I'm not going to throw my money away on rotten food that is in this bag. Then the other customers started saying something to the cashier because she wouldn't be quite for the manager to do her job. so immediately the manager gave me a refund. I shouldn't have had a bad experience with the cashier she is so rude don't know when to be quite and let her boss handle it. You really need to watch it on the camera's. She really needs a training on how to treat customers. She has a very very bad personality. So so so...

She is a girl with piercings and was there on the afternoon, between 12 and 3 pm and in the register that's next to the door. Doesn't matter how many customers are in line, when it's your turn to pay, she will take her time to give you the best, the nicest and the kindest customer service...
