Kermit Inn — Hotel in Kermit

This hotel is an convenient and affordable spot to stay at especially if you just need something cheap or a quick nap... Checkout was at 11. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom sink area seemed elegant because it had a normal bright over head light but you could also turn on a back light for the mirror and it was beautiful not to mention great for us girls to do makeup..lol other than that they had the basics tv, microwave, mini fridge, outlets for charging...But long term I probably wouldn't stay for more thank a week because the room that I was in we couldnt even take showers I don't know if the water pressure was too low or what but when you turned the shower head on it just trickled out like it wasn't even spraying far enough away from the wall for you to even get under and get your body wet... So yea the only disappointment for us was the shower... We ended up taking showers at home... So yea like I said luckily we didn't have to stay...

Well let me tell ya my experience. Im a US veteran with a legitimate service dog. My friend checked in before me an was charged some 135 dols. For the room . When I checked in I told her I had a service dog. She charged me 148 dol. Because I had a dog. This breaking state and federal law. I advised her of this and she reduced the price to 135. That's good. I then proceeded to my room that I video when I arrive and leave. I pull the blankets back and find blood stains and other bodily fluid stains on the sheets (I have the video) as well as physical dirt and insect eggs near the blood stains. I travel alot and always video the room of its condition and contents upon arrival and departure. After showing the video she refunded my money for the room. Buyer beware. Always check. ...

The shower head wasn't working. The blow dryer must be there as an object to look at but not to be used, because it does not work. At 8:20am they knocked on the door for room service, I said "no thank you" and they tried to open the door. I said " no thank you" again, louder, and the person was trying to open the door again forcefully. Upon returning the keys I informed the young lady at the front desk that I used the ice bucket to be able shower because the showerhead wasnt working and that the blow dryer wasnt working either. She said " ok I'll let them know". No, is not just "ok". The lack of customer service is apparent. I will not be staying...
