Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Kermit

My wife brought me 3 burgers from this place. For my work so that I can have lunch and I had to throw them out because they were made incorrectly and i called and told them that they were made incorrectly, and they wanted me to bring them back, and I told him I was already 20 minutes out from Kermit, to go to work. And they said they could make them the next day for me and that they were sorry about that. And to ask for them, manager Kelly. And I went back the next day to get them remade, they told me that they couldn't help me and that the store manager had said no, that they could not remake them, and they could not help me in no way, because I had to bring them back the next day. And I explained that I couldn't because I was out. Of Kermit headed to work and yeah, they told me that I should be checking my burgers. And I told her, I did check the receipt, and it said, no pickles. And they told me again, I should have checked my burger before I left. So I guess that's what they tell everybody before they leave from the drive there, to make sure that their burgers are made correctly. They were very unprofessional, and that was very interes, upset because I would lie to and robbed. I was the store manager told me. Absolute worst place to eat in Kermit. Been here many times and its always the same. When you order you might as well say surprise me and hope for the best because that's what you get anyway. Food never tastes good and is either burnt to a crisp or still cold. Not only that but you have to wait an extremely long time to order or receive your food even when they are not busy. Always workers out back on there phones just standing around avoiding work when they could seriously be learning to cook or practicing their people skills. Always have to press the button twice to finish my order as you order 1 thing and they immediately hang up and then get snippy with you when you tell them to re-read your order back to you. Carhops are almost always rude and never read an order out probably because they don't know what's in the bag either. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Too bad it's pretty much all there is for fast food in town except for the greasy dairy queen...

Was not impressed and more than likely will not return. It started out ok then just went down hill after placing my order. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my order to arrive. When I got my order for two, the small onion rings that was ordered come with 3 small onion rings in a bag. $2.89 for the onion rings. So, that's almost $1.00 an onion ring. I don't think that's worth the onion rings with no breading and looked as if they had been sitting around awhile. Pushed the red button to bring this issue to their attention. Well, another 10 minutes went by for them to answer. The car hop come to my window and collected the order and was looking around in my truck like I was hiding the other half of them in my truck somewhere. Have I mentioned how rude these people were during the whole visit at Sonic? Well, they were very rude and gained my respect to stay the hell away...
