Subway — Restaurant in Kermit

The lady Brenda is very rude did not wash her hands. Said we could not use coupons, and moly takes cash. then she said we could but only one meat sandwiches. Which I argued with then she proceeded to let us get the sandwiches of choice. Once it was ready to pay she said the cupon would not work. It was the deal for 3 foot longs. I went with 2 people. The cupón did go through and I asked her if she could wrap my sandwiches separately then told me she was going to have to charge me 6 inches. So I got it all in one paper including the dirty one they use in the oven. I paid and left. Once my friend comes to the car. She still charged him for his. When I was paying she said only cash. So when he came back out to the car that he said he paid again.. I went back in to ask for my receipt she said she can’t reprint. I believe she is manipulating the box to keep cash payments for herself. Hopefully management reviews their cameras. And...

This place is absolutely awful! The staff are very rude. They are always out of everything, bread, cheeses etc. They cant keep a staff. They always close on random times, like they are some mom and pops sub company. This is one of the few places to eat in this area. It is right in the heart of the oilfield and these people are too stupid (workers and corporate) to take advantage of the ridiculous amount of money and business here.
