Huddle House — Restaurant in Kermit

The food wasn't bad but not what I was expecting. The has browns were burnt on the outside and half raw on the inside. You can tell that the cook didn't properly cook the hash browns. I was hungry so I ate the hash browns anyways. Also too many bell peppers and not enough of anything else. All I could taste was the bell peppers in the hash browns. The ham and cheese omlettom was good though. Could go for more flavor and topped with cheese. However, it was good overall. My husband and Iboth ate breakfast here and his complaints were aimisimto mine. AlthiughAhe didn't get the hash browns all the way, his hash browns were burnt as well outside and not fully cooked on the inside. He also mentuomenthat the was could have hadore flavor. He ordered the western omlettom.

The price on the other hand, was noynbad. For the 2 egg omelette plates, only $24 plus tip. If it wasn't for the minor issues such as lack of flavor and the issue with the hash browns, Huddle House would have received a 5...

My experience at Huddle House was all around perfection...! The cleanliness of the restaurant is spotless... Food; well cooked, devouring and delicious! What makes it all complete, besides all the other good stuff; is the atmosphere...! Whatever, time you choose to go and have a: nice, calm and pleasant, experience is an A+..!!

No as far as; parking, restrooms, entrance area and sitting area are; wheelchair or handicapped welcoming!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL AROUND FAMILY ORIGINATED GATHERING!!!

ANYONE LOOKING FOR A JOB?! I WOULD ADVISE, TO GO IN AND APPLY: at "HUDDLE HOUSE" THEY ARE ALWAYS HIRING..! THE BEST PLACE TO GO AND APPLY IN JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES WOULD BE, "INDEED"..! THEY RESPOND PRETTY MUCH I WOULD SAY NO LATER THAN A DAY OR TWO DAYS, IF THAT..!

Tables were dirty. Waitress didn't offer to clean. Against better judgement, we still decided to order. Waitress took our drink order then forgot about us for 8 minutes while she was "getting warm" in the back. As we were waiting for our drinks I saw the cook walk out the front door with a cigarette in her hand. In addition to food, we also wanted to order a milkshake but were rudely told "We don't got ice cream". The waitress took our food order then went outside to smoke herself. The cook came back in through the front door and immediately started cooking our food. WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. We did not wait around long enough to eat or to see if the waitress also did not wash her hands after coming back in from smoking. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Not only am I writing this review and copying it to every outlet I can find, I will also be contacting the Health Department, Kermit Chamber of Commerce and BBB first thing...
