You are going to try and gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong for complaining about you getting my order wrong???? I have ordered from this location 6-7times since December 20th. EVERY SINGLE ORDER was wrong. Missing at least $10-$15 worth of items each time. And then when I call you last night about missing a sandwich and drink you are going to hang up on me? Do not go to this location if you want your food. The management is terrible and I have never felt so “defeated” in a situation than I have now. I tried to fill a complaint this morning over the phone with a higher up and he basically took the side of the manager from last night. Saying he had all the right to deny to serve me for calling them fools after they continued to argue with me. I will say he did handle the situation very well and put up with my potty mouth. And that he would look into it. But I don’t think anything will come of the situation. Also it’s not enough to rectify the situation. Never again going to that location. How dare you make me feel incompetent and lesser than you for wanted my moneys worth.
Plus the night shift manager was speaking about someone who previously worked at that location and spreading their information about how and why they got fired. As if it’s not confidential information. All because I said I would go to that person and launch a complaint through them.
They also have tried to gaslight me a different time already. I have a friend who works at that location and I ordered food, through DoorDash, before they got off work. My food arrives and I’m missing a sandwich. So I call the location and tell them and they said the same thing. “We put it in the bag, look again”. I tell them I did and it’s not there. And they insisted they put it in the bag. So I tell them never mind I’m not arguing with them. so then they hang up on me. Then I call my friend and ask them to look at the food warmer where the sandwiches get sent up to. Lo and behold it’s sitting right there.i promise it was mine because my boyfriend only gets his sandwich no pickle, no mustard, add mayo. And the tag said it. It had my order number on it. And they still tried to gaslight my friend saying it’s not and the sandwich was in the bag.

Read morePicture this: you’ve been driving 8 hours on the road and you choose this McDonald’s to pull over to. All you want is a water. This restaurant will deny you a water. I was here with some people who I come with here on a regular basis. We always order food. This time I decided I’m going to cut back and just get water. I went to the counter and asked for water and the night manager looked at me with the most sarcastic look and said “are you going to buy something?” And I said “no but my friends are” to which he responded “ok but are you”. I said “no I’m trying to cut back I’m just here with friends”. He said “ok then no, technically you can’t even be in the building unless you order food”. And I started to walk away and turned around and said “you know we order food every time we’re here?” And he said “ok then you shouldn’t have a problem” . I just wanted water. I would pay for water. I was thirsty. What kind of world are we living in where I’m gonna get declined service of a basic human necessity. Then asked me to pull around to a parking spot, i politely said no thanks, that with my experience, i ended up having to get out of my truck and go in to fix something. The manager came to the window and gave me an ultimatum, either pull around or get refunded, i can appreciate that, had i not had kids well id have gotten a refund. So i said id pull around but the person who brings me my food will need to ensure my order is correct before i leave. Manager agreed.
