Super Subby's — Restaurant in Kettering

This place is pretty horrible. The service was terrible. The lady at the counter made it highly apparent that she hated her life. She wasn't willing to tell me what was on the subs. Unfortunately this was my first and last time to visit here. The food was no good. The mushrooms in my "cheese steak" were canned and it was basically a roast beef sandwich the out in the microwave with mayo so my bread was soggy. My boyfriend went to refill our drink and noticed the back door was open. And on the receipt there were 3 different tax charges totalling more than our large drink cost... Never going back. No recommendations...

I ordered the lunch combo and received nothing that it comes with I tried to grab my cookie and she asked me was I going to pay for that me thinking it’s apart of the lunch meal and I just ordered that instead she just put in a combo which only comes with chips as if she didn’t do anything wrong. The bread is chewy like to the point it could send you to the dentist it’s like pulling teeth trying to bite that bread ! I asked for toasted but the bread is already hard and chewy or old and just didn’t make ghf sandwich better at all last time going to that place not happy with service need to...

The chili is very good, but I got some yesterday that was so hot (not spicy, stove hot) one spoonful burned the entire inside of my mouth to the point of skin peeling off the inside of my cheeks. (Mind you, this was doordashed to me so it had no fewer than 15 mins travel time to cool.) A day later my tongue is still tender. Hot soup is one thing... But this was ridiculous.
