Since new owner new staff the place no longer feel like what is was before, waiter (male) don't stop being on his phone texting and chatting on it.
Not the first time he been doing this.
Once again, the male waiter on his phone non stop while the cook is working hard and the cook had to serve me due to this male waiter on his phone. The cook even had to step out and deliver a meal while the waiter is on his phone.
Previous owner/worker greeted you, had a good conversation with you, hospitality was great and atmosphere was great.
I understand changes but the hospitality is important, being a great host as well.
I like dinners because it feels like back in the day in New York or other northern locations you can have a good breakfast or a patty melts and enjoy the people working there.
After a while it was like family. But know here you are just a customer that's getting his or her meal, pay and have a nice day.
Prices gone up.
Current staff don't great you, try to know you if you are a frequent customer, etc.
Since knew ownership and staff I only been here 3 times vs 3-5 days a week for breakfast and occasionally for lunch.
Hope this establishment under the new owner and staff change the hospitality for better and don't have the staff constantly on the cell texting and chatting on it while customers are present.
A great conversation goes a long way between staff and the clients.
Lorry is the best one there, she's engaged with the customers and very nice with everyone. She remember the customers and always maintaining a positive engagements with customers.
Well can only wish them the best and pray for the...
Read moreOK, I'm not one to write reviews because I'm simply not one to complain, but this time I had to! I've been to this little restaurant probably about 4 times and it has always been a good experience, but this last time, I'm not sure what happened. Maybe they changed managers? who knows! but I hope they read this: My boyfriend ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage platter with hash browns and 1. it was extremely small portion for $14.95 (doesn't include coffee) , 2. the sausage was too greasy he couldn't eat it, and 3. the hash browns were stale . I ordered an egg sandwich which was good, but their american coffee was pure water, no taste at all, and the cream was spoiled (server noticed and brought me a new one) still I didn't drink it so we ordered two small orange juices instead. When the check arrived the total was $42!!!! yes!!! that's right (not including tip and the $3 charge from the ATM because until this day and age they don't accept C.C.), I don't recall this place to be this expensive, but I thought it was ridiculous for such small plates and drinks (the small orange juices were tiny!). Service was ok.... but I really hope they change back to how...
Read moreMy experience eating at this diner was like stepping back in time as a matter of fact, 50 years to be exact, that's how long they have been around
A bit of trivia is that there are no donuts served. The closest you get to one is walking by the sign . Wahaaaa 😅
On a scale of 1 to 10 # 9 because I really wanted a donut 🍩 😔 I really like their pancakes, nice and fluffy, sausage very good not super grease 😋 eggs and hash browns good.
One place is always 10+ 💯
Heaven are going?
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after that the judgment. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Hebrews 9: 27, 28
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be...
