If you're looking for a sushi experience that blends authenticity with incredible flavor, look no further than this gem of a restaurant. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the ambiance—traditional Japanese decor, calming music, and a warm, welcoming staff that made me feel like I was stepping into a little slice of Japan. The cultural richness of the restaurant sets the perfect tone for the meal to come.
Now, onto the star of the show: the sushi. Each piece was like a work of art, with vibrant colors, expertly sliced fish, and an attention to detail that you rarely find. The freshness of the ingredients was evident with every bite, and the balance of flavors—from the buttery richness of the salmon to the delicate snap of the tuna—was nothing short of extraordinary. If you’re a sushi lover, you will absolutely appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into each roll and nigiri.
But the surprise star of the night was the fried rice. Usually just a side dish, here it was elevated to new heights. The rice was perfectly seasoned, with a smoky undertone that gave it depth, and each bite was loaded with flavor. The texture was spot on—crispy around the edges, yet soft and fluffy inside, mixed with tender vegetables and perfectly cooked egg. It was so good I could have easily made a meal of just that.
Overall, this restaurant isn’t just a place to grab a quick bite; it’s a cultural experience. The atmosphere, the attentive service, and the mind-blowing food make it a must-visit for sushi lovers and anyone looking to try something new....
Read moreThe service was so bad. This is about a waitress who treated us really badly, the rest of the people were really nice and polite. We raised our hands and they wouldn’t come. we had to go inside and tell them we were ready to order. She comes 10 minutes later and takes our order. My friend orders a ramuné grape and the waitress come with a PEACH ramuné. We get our drinks and the CUPS WERE DIRTY. The water tasted sketchy. We felt we were forced to not say anything and didn’t say a word. We ask for the check and she tells US to hurry up and to not take 20 minutes to pay because we were arguing about who pays. My friend gives her a $20 bill and a $10 bill. The total was $26 dollars. She says there’s no Change, and gives us $2. She gets mad because we ask for the $10 back because i had $6 to give her. Then she says it will be like a tip but the service was bad. Then she gives us 1 more dollar and SLAMS it on the table. Keep in mind, the change was $4. This has also happened to my other friends who were served by her. This is unacceptable. I feel bad for the manager and for the owner. Hopefully this lady gets fired. If u want to scam people, don’t do it in key biscayne. Go to palm beach or miami beach. I would give 1 star, but i feel bad for the owner and the manager, who were really nice to the other victims that that has this...
Read moreKind waitress, fast service, great music. Unfortunately, the food is VERY mediocre. I recommend sticking to a bottled or canned beverage if you order here and avoid the tap entirely because it’s straight toilet water. Then, I tried their Thai tea and substituted for coconut milk which tasted strange and expired. The shrimp spring rolls were bland and overpowered by all the veggies. The Papercrane roll also had no flavor, just a mouthful of unsalted rice but at least it wasn’t fishy, not entirely horrible when doused with soy sauce and spicy mayo! The miso soup actually wasn’t bad at all, it was quite nice and flavorful. The Thai noodles (Pad see ew) were surprisingly good, with a pleasant, chewy texture, yummy sauce, juicy chicken, and crunchy veggies. Finally, the Thai donuts were not too sweet and had a lovely condensed milk dip. Overall, would...
