I was excited to try this place. I strongly dislike leaving negative reviews. However I did enjoy the egg and bacon croissant along with their fresh baked bread. Everything else wasn’t great nor enjoyable. The apple turnover wasn’t good, at all. It tasted odd like a stinky raw egg that was left out for a while then baked. The filling tasted as if it were canned apple filling paste. I never had one so oddly made to the point where I couldn’t even swallow it and I’ve tried them from many places. I thought my boyfriend was lying when he said the taste made him feel sick, until I tried it..
As I was in the bakery the employees running it just seemed like they didn’t care much about their service was more like “just order” feel with a fake smile. A lady right after me had mentioned the music being extremely loud elder woman and instead of telling her “oh I apologize for that” or just anything at all instead she stood there and looked at her with a fake smile like just order already….
I also noted that the girl who was rolling up croissants had her phone right next to the croissants. Picked up her phone to text and went right back to rolling. I get germs can possibly be baked away but, still just gross & it’s probably why the apple turn over tasted like putrid eggs.. our phones carry so much germs and it’s just extremely unprofessional and unsanitary to do when handling food?? Especially if we can all see it. The golden milk had a lot of the powder to the point where I could feel it every time I drank. Waste of money. Non the less I am hoping I probably just came on the wrong day. Best of luck to this business.
Side note: I reviewed their instagram and website. Figured since it says “weirdoughs” like weirdos that can explain their rudeness. Many people on the reviews agree with the service. If you aren’t going to change your service then maybe change...

Read moreThe breads and pastries are delightful, however like many others reviews have stated: the customer service is abysmal. Come early or don't come at all, and by early I mean 8:01. 9 is too late, by this time you're walking into an absolute hellscape. You'll wait in a seemingly endless line, only to come up to the counter and be told that everything you came for is sold out. Donuts, cinnamon rolls, etc. When you call ahead to verify availability, the phone number listed is "out of service" or off the hook as of this morning. Checking online is useless, as things will be listed as available even though they aren't. Your best bet is to order days in advance. Not a friendly environment for your average walk-up customer. The experience looks good on Instagram, but is a total nightmare in person. The woman who is usually baking is a total sweetheart and has provided great service in the past, but as the business has grown, the customer service from other employees becomes more lackluster. If she is out of the town, the conditions are even worse. You can find (presumably) the owner working the coffee machine with a beer in hand and chatting with regulars, or food bloggers, or whoever instead of efficiently progressing the line of patrons. This is a great place to feel dejected...
