If you're not ordering a #3 at the Char-burger, you're doing Kilgore wrong. Just kidding, I'm not from Kilgore, so I can't tell you how to do Kilgore right. That said, my family thinks the #3 is the best and most unique burger on the menu! Forget what to think a chili burger is, the #3 has a meat-only chili, cheese, a Wendy's-like patty, and smoke sauce -- which is like a sweet BBQ sauce. If eating in, make sure to get the hush puppies (fried jalapeno cornbread) and beans that's free to those who dine in.

When I called in my order I explicitly asked please can I have a greasy bun it was dry and cold and when I got there I said it the window while two different people looked at me at the window and kept on doing whatever they were doing I don't think I'd be back and just because a person only spends eight or ten dollars at this place doesn't discluded them from good service and getting what they asked for you may have been in service for years and years but for a customer who was just starting to come to your place of business and that's the service that they get they don't even get what they order and they don't even get customer service it's worth ten cents yeah like I said earlier I...

I’ve gone in twice in the past week and ordered hamburgers and fries to go. Watched my order sit under the heat lights for a minimum of 10 minutes each time. Tonight it sat up there several minutes, gets taken down and then put back up. There was one family already eating when I went inside and ordered. Yet took over 30 minutes to get one hamburger. My mother has ate there for years and I’ve been eating since I came back to town 2 years ago. They have gotten my last dollar and I told my mother she needed to pick another place because I will never go there again.
