The food is not the problem, it is usually very good, we were trying to make a delivery order online...the website would not let us order some items, so I called and was told "we don't do phone orders" and I was hung up on....not great customer service. So if there is a problem ordering online you apparently are S.O.L., because you can't make a phone order. I finally got the order to go thru after about 15 minutes....
Update, when I got there, now you can't go in and there in no curbside pickup any longer....so I pull to the drive thru and I tell them I am picking up an order...they could not find it!!! Finally they did...and then the orders were not all correct, no brown rice apparently so we had to get noodles. Normally Chicken Teriyaki is the breast meat sliced, with Teriyaki sauce, I got some dark meat chicken with no sauce, it was not tasty at all.
In the past I have ordered online with not a problem, so I don't know if it was the internet, or just a bad day, but when you get food like this after really wanting it, it is a disappointment....and I will say this is the second time it...

Not one to post but after the third issue with this I wanted to make my point. When you drive 20min one way to pick up lunch for your coworkers or even family and your using the conveinence of the drive through to get in and out quickly, you'd expect the staff could take the time to make sure that you receive all the items that you've already been charged for. I mean c'mon...how hard is it to make certain that your customer is getting what they paid for? Over $8.00 on a side and almost every single time it's not in the bag. Really? Everyone makes mistakes but I'm the customer, I've already placed my order and had it read back to me all the while I'm watching the lady read the items ordered off of the screen as they place them in the bag. C'mon Panda Express!! With the cost the general public is now paying for fast food along with everything else we purchase, have your workers take the extra few seconds to double check the order. This will not only keep your customers coming back but it will also prevent folks from posting...
Read moreI have eaten here since it opened. The food has a good flavor. Why the 2 stars. I have always gone threw the drive thru. Got home on the 26th of January 2018 and my dish that is the only plate was very low on the entree side. The 2 bowls where fine. I called and asked about why each of the bowls had more meat than my plate that is supposed to have two servings. She was nice. Said she would replace my order. Went back today but went inside. I seen with my own two eyes how the employees would short scoop every drive-thru plate that went through. People who where inside can see their plates being made would get the correct serving size. This is being bluntly done, and in my opinion is nothing but theft. DO NOT GO THREW THE DRIVE THRU unless you want to pay more for the same as you would getting a bowl. Or less in my case. Update. It's been over a year I thought I would try to go again. Worse than before, the food was so old that was the last time I'll be there I don't see him staying open much longer 5:30 on a Sunday that is completely...
