Ordered ahead online, which I prefer, rather than downloading another app.
First time, the order placing was smooth and quick with no problem at all. Afterwards, I arrived, picked up my food, and everything was on par. Meal was fresh and put plenty of sauce packets in the bag.**
Second time, however, the website placed my order at one of their stores in Utah 🤷♂️ I said the same thing...
Perhaps it was my security software but there was no problems with it the first time. I guess it's good that they wait till you show up to make your food, unlike all the other chains. I was iffy on this last step at first, but it's growing on me.
Food was consistently good, same as the first. Staff was courteous, polite, and respectful.
I even became a little upset the second time, when my order was messed up online, and was loud over the speaker because my card had already been charged. Young lady handled it perfectly and none of it was their fault since they don't run the website. They know how to run the store though so I had to apologize.
Overall, good spot to eat, especially, if you're a night owl because the drive-thru stays open late.

Men's restroom dirty, floor was disgusting with urine and toilet paper. Urine on the seat of toilet. No employees cleaned it within the hour we were there. Should be addressed every hour. Food was okay, wife's online order wasn't ready when the app showed the store making it then it notified her of it being ready. She asked and it wasn't, they said they just got it. Okay I'll give em that one. Although I used my app for an order and when it notified me they did have it ready. No employees worked the lobby the entire hour we were there. No sweeping, table cleaning , station refills or trashed taken out. Should be addressed fulltime or minimum once every half hour to clean tables for more patrons. Very disappointed in this location. Assuming the kitchen area or food prep stations are the same as the lobby and restroom and not being regularly cleaned. 2/5 until next time, if I decide to return. Read moreLately they can’t seem to get it together. Tonight I ordered Doritos locos SUPREME tacos and got regular. It’s a decent amount more for those too and I’m not happy about it. Last time I got a large dragon fruit freeze and once stirred it was actually the size of a regular and the large is quite a bit more price wise. They never fill up the container for large nacho fries either which of course again is more obviously. Just aggravating at this point. It’s not that hard. I know been in the food industry for 18 yrs myself. Get it together guys. I don’t even really like these tacos with the sour cream and tomato on it.
