Subway — Restaurant in Kilgore

Thank you for bringing over the young lady from your college location. I heard her telling a vustomer she was filling in. I come in this location alot but NEVER got this type of service. So speechless from her customer service i didnt catch her name. But let me tell you how amazing this young lady is. When i came in it was as if i witnessed a spiritual moment. Its been so long since ive experience customer service on this level. Every customer being greeted , acknowledged helped efficiently, such a friendly spirit. I told my husband i felt like i was standing in front of a earth angel. You can tell she's Gods child. You all have a special young lady on your team. I felt so renewed after visiting this location. Put everything into perspective for me to see someone working a fast food job so humble most people act like they hate there job. Store was also very clean. Impressed and definitely will be visting her at the college...

I've been going there every week for the past year and now I can't stand it. There's a middle aged, red headed woman up there and she literally can't make a freaking sandwich. Every time she makes it, the veggies and meat falls out, there's sauce all over the sandwich, top, bottom, sides and when she cuts the bread, she completely smashes it... all the bread is considered flat bread when she's Done with it... I tell her I want oven roasted chicken, she grabs Turkey, ham or some other meat EVERY SINGLE TIME! Any one with common sense should be able to learn how to make a sandwich, ANYONE! Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles could make a sandwich while holding each other's hands in a random persons house with their other hand glued to a walking cane... there are no excuses for this person to make gross looking sandwiches and not know what chicken looks like. I'm done...

We stopped by for lunch yesterday. had a long tiring morning. We walked in to the most pleasant fun atmosphere I’ve ever had in a subway. The 3 sweet ladies were all happy and cheerful so much that it was contagious. And WOW the food was great on top of the welcoming air. We got our bellies full but they also filled us with joy that I’ve never experienced in a fast food restaurant. Thank you ladies for the cheerfulness and smiles you really blessed our day. Look forward to seeing you all again soon! Again thank you Jennifer, Betty, and Kathy! Sure hope I remembered your names correctly.
