I am not sure where it became common for fast food to demand a tip. The front counter female was upset she did not receive a tip just for taking our food order. The worker made it known she did not receive a tip while my wife was still at the counter and then again while waiting at our seat for the food to be made. Tips are earned and not just to be expected. She was very rude and vocal about not receiving one. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly and almost apologetic for their fellow worker. If you want to earn tips, try for a business/restaurant where you actually wait on people and provide a dining experience. You do not see people at McDonalds, Wendy’s, Freddy’s demanding tips. Read moreI officially give up on Bush’s Chicken. They used to be my go-to spot for something decently healthy that’s fast food (Baked Chicken only, not fried). But they NEVER have baked chicken thighs EVER. I typically come around 4-6pm on weekdays after getting off of work at Ft. Hood and during those times for the past month I have not been able to get any thighs. Today was the final straw! I came on a Saturday instead, they had Baked chicken but the server warned me that it’s not the same seasoning as usual. I then called back because I would not be disrespected and not refunded. The offer was then changed and their excuse was because the call came in too late. Yet that wasn’t a problem just minutes ago when the refund was offered… they then said all they could do was give me another order. Why on earth would I want to order from you after being treated so rudely? So you can spit on the food and fry it up? Make it make sense.
