Daiquiri Fusion — Restaurant in Killeen

I'll be honest I was looking for a place with good drinks, with out having to go into a liquor store or a sit down restaurant. So this came up on my google search. At first I was a little skeptical about a store that had a drive thru. When I did pull up I noticed that it did not look appealing to the eye, You have to pull around to the drive thru due to the pandemic so you can not go into the establishment its self. We had about 2 cars in front of us and had time to look at the menu online. ( I would recommend looking up what you want from their menu before you pull up, Just makes it a whole lot easier to order) My boyfriend and I were just planning on getting 12 jello shots for $12 and a tank for $19, when we pulled up the lady was sweet. (you can ask for a menu) but she informed us we could get 25 jello shots for $15 so we did that as well as the tank. We got Strawberry, Cherry and blueberry or blue raspberry and a strawberry margarita tank. My boyfriend and also our roommate split the tank and I have been doing the jello shots. (both are military and can hold their liquor. They are very good and honestly the jello shots do sneak up on you. Overall it was a great find with out having to go into the store or having to go to a sit down restaurant. Again I would look at the menu before you go, but I do see myself coming here at least 2 times a month just for the jello shots. I can not wait to try the gummy bears, cherry bombs and other drinks that seem like they will be...

The manger at this location is horrible. They should really find someone to replace her. No customer service skills at all. My wife and, I go here all The time. Never had a problem. My wife orders the same thing all the time amaretto sour. Well today she was drinking it and, she told me it tasted funny like coconut was In it. She’s is highly allergic to coconut. So I said let me taste it. When I tasted it I said yep that’s coconut. After my wife took her EpiPen we went back up there. We were very polite even though they almost killed my wife. We weren’t even greeted upon entering we were told immediately they don’t do refund or change out the drink By the manger. We tried to explain the mistake they made and she kept cutting us off as we talk. They even had a new person in there which would explain the reason why a mistake occurred.

After getting absolutely NO WHERE with the rude manger we asked for someone above her. We were told their is no one. Well, we called around and actually there is.

Also, it was how mean and nonchalant she was to us that showed us it was way deeper. We were treated like trash. I’ll never go to this...

It was the most disgusting experience ive had at this location. I actually had to ask for a manager about the guys additute and his terrible looking fingernails without gloves my cup was a large purple passion with an extra shot of tequila the drink was made wrong the cup had a greasy slide to it from the guys hands he refused to give me my drink while he counted 50 cents. Just unacceptable behavior with a line already wrap around the building people where constantly leaving most definitely because of his being rude and petty.
