On Veteran's day around 1 pm, I went to this store for the Little Ceasars Corporate Headquarters promotion for a free $5 Hot and Ready lunch combo for Veterans, and I was met with the store manager at the front door where he turned away and denied active Service members in miltiary uniform and myself, who is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, the free lunch combo because he said he ran out! I went there the next day for lunch thinking they would do the right thing and honor the veterans promotion to the past and present servicemembers who they could not provide a free lunch combo to on Veterans day. I spoke with the shift supervisor who stated he was aware they ran out of the lunch combo yesterday and was not sure if the store was honoring the promotion for that day and he called store manager to find out. When he got off the phone, the shift supervisor informed the store manager stated he was not honoring the promotion and stated the Little Ceasars Corporate Headquarters Promotion was for only the first 30 military personnel and veterans to show up. I reviewed the HQ promotion and it does not state anything of the sort. The store manager blantantly lied to me. This place is a non-friendly military business operating in a military community. I encourage all military, past and present, to avoid going to this Little Ceasars. Remember University of Missouri. The people have a voice. Lets stand together and unite! Avoid...
Read more#2))) 2week update, we went back what a mistake, this time they got toppings wrong tell the guy all he does is refund the money and keep the pizza's, you want new order it's about another 30min after waiting 30min in the first place. What is with this place, are the owners truly that much of low level owners that they do nothing about the way the managers run the business.. We will never go back , we will go somewhere else... Please don't buy from here honestly it not worth it, not a good or friendly place and all the mistakes they make, ownership obviously doesn't care about the type of service or food the employee's give.......
#1))) First thing is they are short staffed, I get it, but they need to answer the phones for orders. 2nd the older lady in front of me had to Uber a ride to order then wait and order a Uber back because nobody answered phones, truly you owe that lady a free pizza, unacceptable... We tried for 30min ,calling back 4 times and had to walk to go get 3 pizzas, truly you can't staff it with people looking for work on a daily, unacceptable. You may not get loyal customers to come back with service like this at 2pm in afternoon... Girl on front has no customer service experience at all and short staffing in service at counter shows. So does the I d g a f attitude. So people that don't walk in or online order won't get service here, remember not everyone...
Read moreI ordered 7 pizza's for my sons get together before leaving to bootcamp. Because of the location we rented we were only allowed 2 hours. I sent my dad (since i had to stay behind and host) with a screenshot of the order information, told him how many and that it was in my name. When my father arrived, he was told that he needed the order number or he couldn't help my dad. Granted, my dad forgot I sent him the screenshot but he didn't even try to help my dad out. My dad left the store and a couple of minutes later he remembers that I sent it to him, so he went back to the store. Same guy is now telling him that I need to go and show my ID. Even though my dad showed what he originally asked for. So. My dad came back to the party and let me know what happened and I needed to go. When I got there I was beyond livid of what happened. I even told the guy that I had to leave the party where I was attending people just to get the pizza and his response was, "not my problem." He refused to give me his name and told me, "not to worry about it." Thankfully I took a picture of him when I first entered because I just knew how it was going to happen. Beyond ridiculous all this happened and of course we ended up with cold pizza on...
