Should have looked at the reviews before going.
Saw an advertisement for the new Bacon Ranch Burger and wanted to try it.
Took my mom, went inside and she ordered the same thing. Went to sit down and our cashier then told us that they wouldn't be able to make what we ordered because the night shift didn't prep ranch. Mind you, we went in at 2pm, so you would think they would know already they can't complete the order before it was paid for.
Didn't want to get just a regular burger, which was offered, so decided to ask for a refund to try another DQ. Cashier goes to get someone to process that and you can hear them fussing in the back. He comes out and apparently the night shift did prep ranch and he wasn't aware or told that they had.
Should have listened to my gut and just got the refund anyway. Not too many people in the drive thru and no one in the lobby so it didn't take long to get our food. But again we were inside to eat as their online profile says you can dine in. Food was brought out in a bag and the atmosphere just didn't seem friendly so we decided to leave.

Read moreThe place was not clean as I believe a restaurant should be. The trash outside was full. All the tables inside weren’t wiped down. The floor was dirty as well and i don’t mean food lying on it, but you can tell it hasn’t been mopped. The drive thru line outside was hella long which is why we ate inside, but that’s to be expected when they are making your food as you order. We were the only ones inside to sit down and eat. I was kind of confused about the entrance to the cashier because the setup seems backwards. No one was at or near the register so I assumed they were short handed. After we ordered, we went to sit down at the cleanest table we could find. We weren’t given our cups to get our drinks but in their defense, i had forgotten as well. It took a while for us to get our food. When we did, i was expecting it to be HOT. Just as i was checking out the melted cheese and how cold it was on the wrapper, another customer that ordered tacos from drive thru had parked and came inside complaining his food was still cold. I noticed my fries weren’t hot either and wondered how long our food was sitting before it came to us. Overall, the service was still very friendly but i have to say, they are in dire need for more help...
Read moreToday, I caught a girl cashier digging in her nose through the drive thru window. Me and the driver were just looking at the drive thru window watching the employees, since we were stuck in line and still in front of the window, where we got our food a while ago, with two or three vehicles in front of us and a couple of cars behind us.
They should've told the first vehicle to roll up farther or park at the parking lot, since we already got our orders and wanted to leave but can't because the vehicle all the way to the front won't move out of the way and me with the rest of the cars in front are stuck in line.
It was obvious that the customers who already got their food through the drive thru couldn't leave, because whoever's in the front it blocking the way.
The workers inside did not care, this give them plenty of time to get the other people's, who are waiting behind me, their orders while the rest of us, me who is in front of the window and the other cars in front of me are stuck waiting to leave, because the car is blocking the exit. I feel sorry for the people who waited behind me, because they have to wait...
