In this location the management and employees are dripping with negative energy and vibes! Ya need to sage that place over there or something! An assistant manger had a immense attitude for no reason! How you mad at me for trying to place an order so you can get paid?!? I did not catch her name because she was on the pa system taking orders when we got to the window she changed places with another employee to go make our food. After the interaction that occurred we ask the other individual who she was all she said it was the location assistance manager she was a black woman slender brown skinned woman with plaids in her hair. We ordered 2 avocado toast with bacon, and received 2 toast with cold avocado no bacon 1 tissue of paper and then the assistance manager came to the window behind the other lady with a smirk on her face…. Anyway we threw out the food I was so enraged I wanted to place hands on her but instead I left went to the gym. Yall need...

This was our 1st time coming to this location. My lady ordered a drink from their menu and paid. I go inside to pick it up and I'm told they don't have the syrups to make the drink. The girl was friendly and offered alternate. I go out to car and ask my lady which she wants. I go back in and tell the worker what she wants. The girl then says they are also out of almond milk and offers alternatives. I chose an alternative and she starts making it. I go in the bathroom and it's disgusting. I give the girl behind register 5 stars for being nice, offering alternatives, and making the drink which my lady still loved. But cmon guys, she should not have been allowed to order in the app if yall didn't have the stuff. This is a new location and there is no reason for this bathroom to be this gross. This isn't one day of not cleaning. This is at least a week. Your workers are using this bathroom and washing up in this nasty...

My daughter and I go to this locating alot. I have never ever had such a horrible experiences. When we got to the drive thru the lady actually said "what do you want" she was extremely rude. Customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. I don't care what kind of day you are having, you DO NOT TALK TO YOUR customers that way. I would have got fired on the spot if I spoke the way the lady in drive thru spoke to us. This was on 4/5 approx between 9:36am - 9:59am. We had 2 seperate orders. We didn't get any receipts. We were so upset we forgot to scan for our rewards. When we got our drinks, they were so freaking gross, threw them both away. I am willing to lose my rewards because of this inconsiderate lady that took our order in drive through. Train your people how to treat customers or you will lose alot more.
