Waldy’s Pizza World & More — Restaurant in Killeen

The 1st time I ordered, it was fine. The 2nd time, they put small amounts of veggies on my pizza. I called and told them about it and because I got it delivered, I was not in position to drive up there for them to remake it. They refused to offer a credit. Once I told them I was going to post a bad review. She offered to remake them for free when I came back. I asked her if I sent my delivery driver back up there, will they give to her the same day? After requesting to speak with a manager who didn’t want to get on the phone, she told me they would remake for no charge. I asked my driver if she would go back and get it. Once the delivery driver said yes, I called back and told them she was on the way. When my driver got there, they would not remake the pizzas. I called back to see what the issue was and she said they are still talking to the manager and I would have to pay for it. I told her she should have said that from the start. Why were they inconveniencing me and my driver? They had all kinds of excuses that made no sense. I tried my best to work it out with them before I posted this but they refused. Their customer service on fixing issues is the worst, and I’m posting the pic of the pizzas, and it will speak for itself....

Placed order over phone, employee sounded half asleep, I should have canceled then! Arrived to pick up my order, masks required sign on doors, customers in front of me had no masks on and one of the adults had no shoes on...nothing was said to them. Stepped to counter to find that my order was completly incorrect, employee refunded what I was charged and took my order again, only to be told that I would be charged an unreasonably high amount for a pizza that was half one thing, half another (I was informed that they charge for the highest amount...ok cool, I can do that but why charge me more because half of the pizza was different (they said it was an extra topping). I cancelled the order and walked out. I do not reccomend this place based on my experience, my family will not...

I ordered a small sausage pizza which had chopped ham I think and pepperoni on it, not what I ordered and the meat tasted different. We also did a create your own spaghetti, the crab meat didn't look like, or smell like crab meat to me and I'm from the coast and I know seafood if I know nothing else. I never tasted it because I was afraid to. Where I'm from seafood is a food that if it doesn't smell right that's as far as you go with it. My husband did eat it, he's a tuff Army Ranger so that explains that. He did request that i add more sauce when we got home. That was our first time there, the check out lady was nice but I don't think...
