Mcdermott's Club — Restaurant in Killeen

Last night there was karaoke. It was definitely worth going there. It was a decent crowd, and everyone's song choices were good. The volume of the music was perfect. You were able to have a conversation without needing to yell. The bartender, Sunshine, was awesome. She always had a smile, and interacted with everyone without ignoring the rest of the bar. The one thing I appreciated was Sunshine slowing down my pace of drinking. She was very cool about it. There are so many bartenders that over serve, and it was refreshing to have a bartender...

This is your typical hole in the wall neighborhood bar. A typicsl beer and shot bar. A free membership is required, a cost of 2 minutes of your for the form. It's a smoker's bar but well ventilated. Don't expect fancy cocktails but if you're nice...... they will fo the best they can with the ingredients on hand. Think of it as Killeen's class of Cheers. If you are leaving there without meeting a new friend then you must prefer drinking alone .... and that's OK there too. ...
