Wendy's — Restaurant in Kilmarnock

I did get the bottle of water that I ordered. It took three trips today. Finally reconciled my account after ordering. I drive up to the window and was informed then I had to have cash. The representative could have told me when I was placing my order. I left the drive-in and went to the bank and then I got my money and I came back. The total was different much different. I gave him $20 for a bill that was $20 and some cents and I left with the. I told him the price was different than when I ordered it the first time. So then I take the food home and we'll find out that my order is completely wrong. I just ordered pub for us and I had a hamburger and some fries that were cold. I went back to get my change from my 20. Three young lady stood around the counter trying to intimidate me when I told them I needed to get my order right. They offered to give me my whole $20 back but I insisted on paying for the one order that was correct and the bottle of water that I consumed. I brought the wrong order back. This is utterly outrageous. They are rude. It's awful. It's just awful. Don't go there. Don't...

Ordered a single meal and a triple meal both with K&M only . Got to window and was handed drinks and a bag. Only fries in it asked where sandwiches were so they took the bag and dropped 1 sandwich in it and told had to wait for the other. Waited 5 min told to pull around to side and it would be right out. 5 min later food delivered looked in bag still no 2nd sandwich. So go in side and 5 people standing around kit area asked whats the matter told them missing a sandwich said it would be ready in a min. Wait 3 more min get sandwich go to car and guess what not what I ordered. Screw this place 1 wrong burger and the rest of my meal ice cold. Had about a dozen fries that looked like they had been cooked 5 or6 times burned to a crisp. Save yourself a bad experience employees to busy talking amongst themselfs to worry about customers. Be better to shut the doors. Don't take a rocket scientist to make...

This place isn't totally bad. If you go through the drive-through, that is. If you do come to this location, just use the drive-through because going inside is a whole mess. Their is no posted menu. You have to read off of the 1 small menu they have sitting out. Bring your reading glasses if you need them. Lol. Also, their lobby soda machine was out of EVERYTHING, and trying to get someone to fill your drink from the other side was obviously a lot to ask for. You will wait forever for your food, then only get half of what you ordered. Go through the drive-through, though, and they got you. Go inside, and listen to the team lead, talk down to her fellow employees, and start arguments in front of customers. Super unprofessional and weird...
