Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Kimball Township

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences ever. Had an issue with an online order billing my card 4 times. The gm called me back and blamed my bank. When i first called to get the order handled so my son could have the pizza he wanted for his bday the girl had told me that because of the issues with their communications she was going to reverse the charges and comp my meal. When the gm called me back he told me i was still going to be charged and everything else was on the bank. Working in retail management for 15 years this didnt sit well with me. I called back to cancel my order as i didnt want to do business with someone who would talk to a long standing customer this way. The gm told me had good customers to help. I laugh as i went through statements from my bank and my fiancee and myself have spent around 700 this year at this location. He also denied giving me a corporate phone number to call. Way to run a business. Say goodbye to my business. This is only the start of my campaign. Looking foreward to...

Usually I'm a very generous star giver, but in this situation I'm sad to say that I was not completely satisfied:( I tried to call just to ask if they could make a pizza 25 minutes before closing, before I could even ask her, she asked me to hold, and I said "of course no problem".she then left me on hold for 5 minutes so I figured I'd go see if they were busy since I was only a minute away. So I hung up and went there. When I got there the store was completely empty other than workers. I walked in and asked if it was too late to order. I was greetes with not the best attitude ever so I just walked out. Needless to say, they had plenty of time to make one small pizza and they just wanted to run out the clock on me. I understand the pizza business can be annoying(I'm in it) but it doesn't feel great when a regular customer is treated such a way. Ordered online, showed 20 minute pick up time. Went to pick up 30 min later, was told it would be a few more minutes. I left my phone in the car so I sat at the table and read the little advertisment paper. People keep picking up orders while I waited, until finally a different person asked my name, the order had been sitting in the warmer and no one bothered to tell me. Get in the car and realize it was actual 20 minutes I sat there. I was so annoyed I didn't realize they forgot to give me part of my order, the big cookie they're advertising which was why I tried them at all. Somehow they also ran out of deep dish pizza and had to call people to change or refund...
