I was extremely disappointed today. I have been going to this McDonalds location every work day for the past 20 years and order a large coffee and a frappe. I drive up to 1st window to pay and the tell me the website down and cannot get my frappe for free. Well that was what I was told yesterday to when I through? So I said ok and gave her $10 to pay for my order which is about 5.40 appromimently. Then she hands me the incorrect change and a small bag of food. I said to her I had a coffee and frappe and handed her the change back she gave me. Then she got the manager to help. Who handed me back $3 and some change which was incorrect change back as well. I said that's not the correct change and what was my bill. Then they got frustrated, which really irratated me, so I'm said you guys just suck a few times. I've had good service there and some not so good service based on how many times I go there and support that business. Honestly, this site has went down in its service more in the last 2 to 3 years. I cant imagine the owner would think this is ok. This is the 1st time I actually said something about your poor service. Read moreI ordered 2 medium fries and a small frie. When I received them they were very brown and old tasting. I went back through drive through and asked for new fries. The female manager told me to pull into parking space 1 while my new fries were being cooked. They brought me out the same old fries that they dropped in the fryer again... when I called to talk to the manager she informed me that the fryer oil is old and that's why the fries are dark......well then maybe you should change your fryer oil.....further more if the fryer oil is making the fries taste old and appear dark then why were the chicken nuggets fine???? Poor management, I have never had a bad experience at this location until today and from the other reviews I've read it sounds like others had an issue with the same manager. Read moreAfter not taking the entirety of the order Manager Karen decided that resolving the problem was less important than assigning blame and told my wife it was her fault for not reading the screen before pulling up to the window. Karen then argued that my wife was at the window a long time (relevence?) and got frustrated when my wife was double checking that we had gotten everything. That seemed to be an issue with Karen who decided to argue that (without bothering to look into what my wife had been given) and of course my daughters Happy Meal was missing. When she called up reasonably upset with the manager not only going out of her way to create an argument but being consistently wrong Karen told her to come back for the Happy Meal and then hung up on her.
