The food was really good. We ordered a bunch of food both appetizers and entrées and everyone loved the food. Our waitress however was a little inexperienced and created a poor dining experience. All our food came out at once so we had every appetizers and entree on the table at once. All of us at the table have been a waiter/ waitress at some point so we let her know that all the food came out at once and she didn’t stagger firing the apps and the entrees. We were really friendly about it and just letting her know as an FYI and immediately she got defensive and started talking about the system and then eluding to the fact that it could’ve been our fault. When she came back and asked how the food was and we said everything was great, she rolled her eyes as she walked away. When it came time to pay, we asked if we could put an amount on one card and the balance on the other. Immediately she said the system doesn’t allow it. Knowing that there’s not a POS system in the world that wouldn’t allow you to do that we asked for a manager. Sure enough you can in fact spilt the check that way. Read moreHalf of the filet was fat; this is supposed to be a lean cut of meat, especially when charging $30. The main door slams when opened and closed; this combined with the noise from the kitchen staff and general noise level of the restaurant is headache inducing. The ranch dressing was very salty, ruining the taste of the salad. The house sauce used on the burger was also very salty. The top bun of the burger was burnt and needed to be picked off, as the taste ruined the entire burger. It would have been nice to be asked how I wanted the burger cooked as well. When returning the filet to the kitchen, the server was stopped by the manager; when informed what the issue was, the manager never made an attempt to come to our table to discuss. When told you can choose two sides: the salad is listed as a side, but then the server will tell you there is a $2 upcharge for the salad. The salad is not mixed, and served on a shallow plate, causing some to fall off, onto the table when you try to mix it. Read moreThe food was ok, but not for the price. For the price I was expecting way better food, not something comparable to Applebees. The service was really bad, we finished our entire meal without our waitress coming over, we finally had to wave her down at the end to get a refill on drinks because we had gone through the whole meal with empty glasses. Then for payment, she stood over us at the table, watching us (I can only assume to see how we tipped?) He had the Cajun chicken Alfredo which he said had no Cajun taste and there wasn’t much for sauce. I had the chicken Marsala which was essentially breaded chicken tenders I could have made at home and the wild rice was also something out of a box I could have made at the house, it should have been advertised as lightly fried chicken over rice because there was nothing “Marsala” to it.
