We visited for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday. The only hiccup was that one of our party didn't get her plate until we were all almost done. Also, a bit of a bummer that there wasn't anything birthday related like a little dessert for my wife. Now, on the bright side, the food was really good! We started with three wonderful appetizers. The glazed pork belly, artichoke dip, and baked brie with fig preserves. All of them were outstanding! I had the 14 oz rib-eye and it was perfectly cooked. Juicy and tender, perfectly seasoned. They really did that Harris Ranch beef justice. I like my broccolini a little on the firmer side, but that is a personal preference. The flavor was right on. We had some folks order the Mary's chicken and were really happy. That chicken skin was money. The staff was great. My glass was never empty. And our server was super nice. Cattlemen's has always been the go to place for a solid steak dinner. Cheyenne's may be the new kid in the area, but they impressed. Big time. I'll be coming back, for sure. That glazed pork belly is gonna get my butt in the...
Read moreThis place is a pretty high priced steak house so I was really hopeing that I would love this place. We had reservations at 5pm on Friday night for 2. After walking in they seated us around the corner or the main seating area where there's a small bar and very little lighting, as well as the kitchen and a off the carpet on a linoleum floor. We asked to be moved to a table in the restaurant area and was told that they had reservations set for those tables, I said "I had reservations. " when the food came out there wasn't enough room on the table and some of the food had to go between our plates across from each other. Based on the price or the steak ($68.00) I give it a 7/10. The lobster was delicious 9/10. My wife got the chicken and it was way over cooked 5/10. Take my advice and go to Cattlemens down the road. The steak is better, the atmosphere is 100% better, the service is 110% better and hope gonna save 20%. This place is a one and done. We'll...
Read moreCame here around 7 pm even took the veterans parking since my husband is a 22 year veteran with Air Force. Our friends came as well. Tried getting seated and the rude hostess had this nasty mean face told us it was a 2 hour wait. Mind you it wasn't busy. My husband and I decided to leave. Our friends were going to leave and decided to go back and wait the 2 hours. They went back in and she was sitting people without reservations not even 15 min after we left. She told our friends here's the menu go sit in bar and pretty much thru it at them. I felt she was racist. Our friends said the waiter they had at the bar area was super nice that it made them forget what the hostess did. Other people they were talking too said the hostess didn't say anything about 2 hours and sat them down right away. I will give my money elsewhere. 4/14 around 7 pm when this happened. You need to hire people who don't look up and down at...
