For THIS Taco Bell it was a 5 star visit a few nights ago. As another reviewer stated, this Taco Bell put the Taco Bells we had been visiting to shame. We have actually generally avoided Taco Bells in recent years due to poor service and quality/quantity of food significantly decreased. Yelp reviews indicated surprising reviews for a Taco Bell, so when kids insisted Taco Bell we gave Kingsburg Taco Bell a try. Stephanie at the drive through window took our order with 5 sets of special order bean/cheese burritos (hubby hates that cause rarely get it right).
Stephanie was super upbeat and friendly with smile the whole time that my husband asks for a name. She got the whole order correct and asks us to confirm what we saw, all good. When we got the order, all was correct and well labeled so the whole team did a great job. There was actually adequate fillings inside each burrito and the dozen taco supremes we ordered. We don't normally do this. Hubby had me call Corporate to make sure they knew about this Taco Bell in Kingsburg, CA along with giving them...
Read moreFirst of all, bless this Taco Bell for being an unlikely alternative to the "GasDonald's" across the street, which was so bad i abandoned my mobile order (go ahead & keep the money) and came across this place. I "ordered mobilely" from the parking lot, and it felt like i was in the year 2112 when i went inside because i didn't see a single employee (or customer), it was virtually silent (besides Taco Bell Radio playing), and my food was all neatly enclosed sitting in its own little incubated pod. The food looked like a Taco Bell robot who was supposed to be programmed to use certain proportions got cranked up a notch or two because everything was perfectly stuffed. Kind of pleasant and serene, actually. I'm changing it to five stars, because after writing this review, i appreciate this place more....

He then told me my card wouldn't work. I had over $1400 available on that card, it's suppose to work. He then informed me the card reader is having issues. I then told him I'll pick it up inside. After waiting 30 minutes in drive-thru, I waited another 12 minutes in line. For them to ring my order up at the register. They then had to hunt for my order. Tortilla was stale and chicken was dry and overcooked. This is not what I'm used to at this location. I guess I'll have to switch up to Robertito's next door. I paid $8.00 for this?!...
