Went to Ritters Sunday 29 September 2024 at around 6:30 PM . Unfortunately It was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a double cheeseburger, one slice of cheese, Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ketchup and mustard . No ritters sauce . Well, the first time the manager came out and told me that they had put two slices of cheese on the burger and needed to redo it. OK fine. It was nice to see that they were doing quality control of the products that they put out to the customers so I thought.? Then I get served a Double cheese burger Unfortunately, this time they put Ritter sauce on it., I didnât know they had Ritter sauce on it until I bid into it and I donât like Ritter sauce. Thatâs why I always ask them not to put it on the burger, only ketchup and mustard. I was very specific when I ordered the burger on what I wanted. On the Burger. Then I had to bring it to their attention again, and the manager brought me out a new bun with only pickles. I had to go back again. Ask for lettuce the lettuce had sauce on it. Iâm very disappointed in the manager, obviously taking care of other customers was a priority and I was not the lack of pride and work and quality control. Not acceptable to me. And yes, I did give a tip. It was only one dollar in cash and this is a type of service youâre going to get so Iâm not sure what I need to do. Do I need to be a bigger tipper when I go to Ritters or does the manager and the crew need to put some pride in their work and do some quality control and take care of each and every customer that comes in there and not disregard. Me . Feel free to make a comment on what needs to be done because I really do like supporting local businesses, but I am not going to be treated that way and I certainly am not gonna put up with any people that donât understand putting pride...
Read moreOur experience was a bit of a mixed bag. We ordered for a family of four, with each of us getting one side, one main meal, and one dessert. We werenât thinking it was going to be too expensive due to the fact that itâs a fast food restaurant, but instead we ended up paying $67 for our meal. After ordering, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to come out (again, itâs a fast food restaurant!). The workers did apologize which we appreciated, but still not a great start. The food itself was pretty good. The best thing we had was the pickle fries which were very good, the burgers were above average, the fries were a pretty big size, but were just average in taste, and the chicken tenders just werenât very good at all. Where this place really shines is their desserts, everything was really great, with the custard being sweet, soft, and creamy, with all of our desserts having great flavor. This really reminds me of a knock off Culverâs, just with much lower quality food, with a higher price tag. If youâre looking for a good place for desserts, this place is for you, just donât expect...
Read moreI regret coming here. The food is not good. The customer service is not good. The kids burger meal is about the same price and size as the adult single burger, except you get a drink and fries with the kids meal, which makes the adult meal a rip off. And also, the menu clearly states that the single burger comes with cheese, but they decided to charge me 10 cents extra for the cheese. When it came time for custard (yuck) the cashier showed us the different sizes; kiddie, small (1 scoop), and large (2 scoops). She said that the kiddie comes in a super small cone (which she showed us) and the small and large come in the big cone (which she also showed us). My mom wanted a lot of cone, but not too much custard, so she decided to get the small 1 scoop cone cone. They ended up giving us a kiddie cone for the price of a small. And then they argued with us about it instead of just giving us a little discount or a bigger cone or something. I'm disgusted by our visit and will never...
