Where do I begin? Ranking- please note that the only reason for 1 star is because the algorithm won't accept a review without it. Atmosphere- the restaurant was a disgrace. There wasn't one clean table. My wife found 2 napkins (the last two available to customers) that she added water to, so we would have a "clean" place to eat. The floor under my feet was smudged black on what once was cream colored tile. Tables had food remnants, crumbled up napkins on the floor, and crumbs on seats. You're asking, why did we stay? Good question. We were both hungry and hoping the rest of the service would be a huge improvement. Wrong! Service- the staff was slightly cordial but more interested in casual conversation with one another. Their usage of the English language was limited to four letter words. Mostly the "s" word. At one point, a tall gentleman chastised the other staff for working in a dirty environment. One young man suggested that was the difference between having a manager on site and not. How astute of him! My wife shared that food and trash were all over the floor behind the counter. She admitted that had we seen it before he ordered, we would have left. Our concern was not receiving a refund. And lastly, food - our burger was lukewarm at best. The pickles were piled in the center. The fries were past prime. When we asked for ketchup, the young lady was put out. The order took at least 20 minutes, and I'm being generous. No one else was dining inside, and in a 30 minute window, only had 3 cars drive through. Management should be appalled and embarrassed. Some serious coaching should occur post haste. These are trying times to acquire "good help." Clearly evidenced here. Will never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you look at the BK menu, you'll actually notice at the bottom of it somewhat seperate from the main menu, there is a spot, and if you look really closely, you'll notice that that is the exact spot where this location got me messed up.
I'm not sure if this location needs additional training from leadership on fundamental grammar and English comprehension, or if the breakdown and failure of leadership lies within the training and teaching of job-essential functions, such as the nuanced difference between constructing a double vs a single whopper. Unfortunately for the team, this location's management has somehow failed to lead their team to even a modicum of success.
I placed an order for a double whopper with cheese and bacon half and half fries and onion rings, and nuggets dipping sauce. Somehow I ended up with a single whopper, fries, and no sauce for my nugs. Practically a hate crime if you ask me. Perhaps additional training and quality control measures should be put in place so that this location can succeed in delivering basic customer orders accurately. In its current state, the team would be much more successful offering pallbearer services, because they would absolutely excel at letting down each and every one of their customers in the Camden county area down for the final time.
I digress. I never received the product I paid for. I ordered through doordash, who recorded my order accurately, and the bags are sealed by the restaraunt before the dashers arrive. When I am paying a premium on fast food, I expect it to be accurate. Unfortunately, this team disagrees with that sentiment and I hope they can work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe corporate controlled website did this store dirty. Corporate canceled the Ghost Nuggets but didn't update their website. So, we ordered a meal with ghost nuggets when we got our meal home we found out the Ghost nuggets we ordered were missing and when I came in to get the replacement offered on the phone, the manager offered another set of nuggets instead. I've been behind the counter in similar places and that's on the money for what they can do as far as I've seen anywhere, and it's always unfairly stressful on the staff, especially when they genuinely can't control the situation beyond that and they've got a stressful day of rushes for their special "whopper's birthday" offer. They were definitely working hard even as the punches came. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to see if they can have their cashiers check on people standing around a little better. I didn't want to bark at them while I waited at the pickup counter during my take out and replacement take out, so it did honestly take a long time to get either order. I eventually got in the order placement line just to solve it. That said, I've been a fast food cashier and they'll probably sort that out in no time. They take care of the struggles forced on them by corporate and I have little doubt they'll get their cashiers adapted. If this is my only experience with them and this staff, I still...
