Arrived about 515 on a Monday evening, only had one other order ahead of us. Staff friendly and didnât sacrifice quality for speed (given the time, I think they expected to be busy soon so was already in the dinner rush mindset.) The younger gentleman was perhaps on the new side as he did have to ask the other gentleman present (manager or wonder perhaps as he was not wearing a company shirt but a patterned button down shirt instead) who happily answered. The other gentleman assembled our order and offered plenty of smiles, making sure he heard us correctly. The restaurant itself was very clean, and even the prep station they were using was impressively clean and cleared of mess as they made orders. We sat for a bit while we ate and they did get a bit busier, but remained efficient, clean, and full of smiles ; the younger gentleman maybe not so much but he was clearly working to focus on making sure he was punching things in correctly on the register. The cleanliness is what impressed me the most I think because Iâve been to many a subway and the prep station grosses me out at some of them because they let it get so messy and the sandwich assembly does too.    Read moreBefore I ordered any food, I asked the girl (SUMMER) if a coupon worked for my up coming order. Showed her the coupon and she nodded stating yes we can do that. Cameras in the store will show the interaction with her head nodding yes at the coupon.
Iâm now trying to pay for my food and an old Indian lady who walks in next to Summer states that no coupons can apply to those sandwiches. The girl Summer just stands there and says out loud âOhâ. Doesnât speak up and tells the old Indian lady she had made a mistake by telling me at the beginning of the order she would accept the damn coupon.
I paid for them and then realized that no this wasnât right. I no longer wanted the food, so I asked for a Refund. The owner (Allen) came out and stood next to the old rude Indian Lady who told me coupons didnât apply to my order. I really wish I had got that old Indian ladyâs name because she laughed in my face and lied about the whole situation. Stating that the girl Summer told us from the beginning the coupon does not work, and we should have known better. I left the food on the counter and walked out. They refused to give me my money back. I want an apology and a refund for the order of food. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Plus, Iâm kinda glad that I didnât eat the food FLIES everywhere. So...

SADLY, I have to update this review to include this location changed their policies to no coupons . They do not seem to understand that volume is where you make the money and Subway has the perfect system for getting people in and out lickety split. Also, they don't seem to understand that even with the coupon their still making money. Also, it seems that the only time the bathrooms are clean as I experienced are when one or two specific people are working there. I visited it late one evening and they were horrible horrific it was a nightmare. And Subway also has easy to clean bathrooms so there's no real excuse for that. Services very slow but it was acceptable when they were allowing coupons. Now if they want me to pay full price, they'll have to do better with service (never been fast and I do believe Subway's design to be a fast business). and bathroom cleanliness , (which is just the luck of the draw) and I don't see that happening anytime soon
