Ruby Tuesday — Restaurant in Kingsland

Came to this location about (Thursday, July 20th around 9pm ) and My daughter and I love Ruby Tuesday. We don't have one here in Albany, Ga anymore so when we come to Camden Ruby Tuesday is our spot. Came in and was seated. It took our waitress about 15 mins to come and get our drink order, I was about to leave. (a lady with blonde hair pulled back in a bun) Waitress finally comes in from outside and wiping her nose off with her arm, reaches for straws and brings them STRAIGHT to our table. I wanted to tweak out so bad!! I remained calmed tho.

She takes our drink orders and then walks off wiping her nose off with her arm AGAIN. At this point were not even going to order anything off the menu anymore, we're just going to do the salad bar. I didn't want to risk her handling our food. It took about 5 mins to get our drinks. In the midst of her stopping and talking and sitting down at the bar with customers. I still remained calm. So we get our drinks and we proceed to the salad bar. Her waiting on us was horrible. She kept walking outside (she literally went outside about 5 times) and going to to the bar and handling peoples food without washing her hands. So I then talked to Miesha about the situation. She assured me that she would talk to her after I had left.

We are getting ready to leave and the waitress attitude changes with me and proceeds to tell me "My son is in Shand's and that's why I had to keep going outside" So I'm thinking to myself, she doesn't even get it (I remained quiet and calm tho). In the midst of that I take my tip back off the table because she really didn't deserve a tip but I was going to give her one anyway. But when she approached me with an attitude I took my tip back. If she is working again I am going to tell whoever is there to NOT sit me in her area. I won't hold Ruby Tuesday accountable for the service I received this time. But the waitress is why I gave Ruby Tuesday this rating.

Were do I even begin... After we enter the basically empty restaurant we waited over 10 minutes just for someone to ask us to sit somewhere. after we sat down my group and I began to order, our server took our orders and came out at a reasonable time but here is were it starts. Chips were undercooked flabby and the spinach and artichoke dip was ice cold asked for a new batch while the waiter was profusely apologizing to the point of annoyance. finally when we ordered our entries it took i'm not even kidding 50 minutes for 2 burger and fries and a salmon meal on top of that after ordering their soup of the day after about 30 minutes of us waiting the server comes out and again profusely apologize cause they don't have it like way did it take you so long? and this is mind you when the restaurant is basically dead. Food was ok'ish nothing i couldn't cook at home better but oh my god the portion sizes are atrocious! payed 13 dollars for a coconut shrimp app that was pretty good mind you but only had 5 shrimps (Was not specified how much on menu)and I asked the waiter If this was right which they said it was so I am to believe that I basically payed over 2$ per shrimp are you kidding me with that as well as the burgers which supposedly had the patties squished on barely looked like a single pattie. All in all between staff, food, and wait times this is easily one of the worst restaurant experiences i have ever had so if you want super basic overpriced american food with terrible service be my...

Alright this experience was brutal man…we were sat a table that was placed very poorly to start with them it took probably 5-10 minutes for our server to come ask what were wanted to drink now had these been the only two issues I wouldn’t even be making this review…so then the issues start firs off we ordered the “burnt ends” appetizer, they were tough and dried out for sure not cooked correctly at all, then we all order entrees and I had the salad bar as well…it took close to 45 minutes for our food to come out and when it did we noticed basically everything is frozen prepackaged food…the shrimp, ribeye, chicken tenders, and prolly the ribs are all frozen and prepackaged, the “ribeye” if that’s what you want to call it is smaller than a Waffle House steak thus comes out way over cooked no matter how you order it and the ribs were super dry looking and my chicken tenders were brutal looking preformed fake chicken “stuff” is all I can describe it as…I sent all my food back and didn’t even eat the rest of my party felt with it and ate there’s, then we see they charged us for the “entree” salad bar and tried to justify it when I complained…the manager ended up discounting it to a normal salad bar and took 5 bucks off the check but that whole mean was terrible and I won’t be back…I wouldn’t gone to Waffle House or McDonald’s if I knew this is what the food was gonna look like don’t do it to yourself just go...
