Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Kingsport

Ok Im going to start by saying it what is bugging me.....Where is the signage for the "Thought of the day"? That needs to go up b/c that is a part of Pal's and if you start taking things out where does it stop. Now Pals has good food no matter which Pals you go to but this Pals has an issue and it seems to come from young staff. I eat at this one alot and they seem more worried about talking about school then talking with customers and getting orders right. Now I am all about having a good atmosphere at work but you have to balance good food and good atmosphere. The food is ok once you get it. However most the time what you order they always leave something out or at least that been the case with us. They do not listen. You get home paid for items you don’t get. They might wanna put more effort into training. If you want happy customers give good customer service.
