Placed my order today around 4:50. I'm still sitting in there lobby at 6:15 of writing this. I've never had to wait so long before in my life. Whenever I originally walked into the store and told the employees I was there for my mobile order, they just said" I'm making it right now I'll bring it out to you just sit down at the table" they didn't even check the name after making it they bring it out to me. (this is around 5:30 pm.)After waiting for an additional 20 minutes they bring me someone else's whole order. After I already handled the food they didn't remake that person's food, but instead gave the food out, that's been handled by someone random, After they realized they didn't have my order ready or anywhere in the store, they realized there was no receipt for my order because they gave the wrong order to another person. After having to sit down to handwrite out my entire order for two sandwiches and then I waited another additional 10 minutes for them to remake the order. I wasn't offered anything, but a cup without a lid. The female kept repeating "I know I know I'm sorry." Not to mention that I literally walked 34 minutes in 40° weather, I don't own pants The only thing I have is shorts and shoes that have holes throughout without socks. By the time I was able to start walking home it had already dropped to 34 degrees thanks subway .. and that's not even the end of it. After I get home I realized the sandwiches are WRONG AGAIN ... After they didn't even put chicken on the chicken sandwich I instantly called the location to let them know my order was still incorrect after it was messed up 3 times at this point, just to have the women on the phone tell me "well if you come back tomorrow, we can remake it and you don't have to pay for it" I responded that "I needed the food tonight that tomorrow wouldn't work because this is the first chance I've even had to eat since yesterday, and I want them just made right. After paying an additional $1.80 per sandwich for a sliced avocado which wasn't on either sandwich, and missing the main proteins I say that I have an issue with it and I have to get it made right". The female worker just responded " oh well my issue is that you didn't write it down right" that she" made it right " and it wasn't her fault. Which then she replied" that she had an issue that.. " which at that point I say " oh you have the issue" and the call got ended, I tried to recall the location for them to fix the problem and would not answer any calls anymore tried from two different numbers. It's been an hour and a half and I still can't get them to pick up the phone to start making it right before I have to walk another hour..... Like I paid 27$, still don't have the right food, and now they won't even answer.. how is this...
Read moreNow I should mention before I get started I very rarely ever go to Subway for any reason whatsoever. I came here because I needed a quick snack to perk back up my energy levels. I was only here for one thing, a $2 footlong churro. This churro was $2.19 total. I take one bite of this thing and it says hard as a rock. Naturally I try to keep going because I paid money for this food and wasted food is not good. This churro was so hard that I couldn't even finish it or even get anywhere close to finishing it. Makes me wonder if the $2.19 I paid comes with new teeth because you're going to need it if you attempt to eat this. I don't even know how you managed to make this churro this hard. Needless to say I am not going to be getting that if I shop at this Subway ever again.
12/17/24 Update: here's a good question. What's the point of staying in business if you can't even keep up with the business? The business sign says that they are open at 9:00 a.m. I waited for over 20 minutes for them to open up the door so I can get some pizza. I was waiting for those doors to open for so long I finally gave up called my Uber and went home. The reason that I was given why they were taking so long is because the one and only worker at that Subway is pregnant so it takes them extra long. It's not the customer's issue to worry about what issues the workers have. You are in business because the customers pay for you to be in business. Quite simply put if you cannot keep up with the business you need to get out of it. Because absolutely no customer gives a darn about whatever excuses you might have as to why it's taking so long. Customers are there to get what they want and go. To add insult to injury it's within the Walmart which is very fast...
Read moreThey made 1 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. I tried calling So many times everyday for three days - as well as called corporate in order to file a complaint and see if they could help... No. They are all online now "to better serve us". Yeah right, I put in all of the information on the receipt and wrote my complaint. No email back or response back days later still. Tonight I just sent my husband into the store with the full sandwich with the receipt (he is currently there - will update if they fix it) otherwise I have no other choice but to call my bank for a full refund. I do not want to have to do that. Sadly yesterday my company I work for wanted to do a huge catering order thru subway and let's just say they choose Panera bread instead once I told them about this stores service. They WILL not answer any phone calls, and if by any chance they do- it's an instant hangup. (to stop it from ringing). I even had a Walmart employee tell me they would tell them I was trying to call and to answer the phone. Good luck, or just stay away from this franchise. Worst experience ever. I am about to email some woman who's email is up for corporate to tell her about this franchise as well. (also I even called the subway up the street to see if they could help me, and it was the same thing!) It's like since corporate stopped caring about complaints, so did the stores. Also- I saw complaints on subways better business bbb site and the complaints all have "unanswered" on the dispute. Terrible. Let's just say that I do not see subway lasting the recession this next time if they keep things the same customer service wise. If they went to automated in order to save money, it will be there biggest budget cut regret ever... The one that doomed...
