Bojangles — Restaurant in Kingsport

For us, a trip to the South isn't complete until we've visited Bojangles. My family is from the South so I grew up eating fried chicken, country ham, and biscuits. As a result, I'm a little picky when eating these foods in the North or when we're at a self-proclaimed "Southern" restaurant here in Michigan.

Even though it's a fast food restaurant, Bojangles serves some mighty fine biscuits! Every time we've eaten at Bojangles the biscuits have been moist and thick. Yes, every time! Also, outside of one occurrence, we've always found the chicken to be crispy and not too greasy.

The one occurrence I mentioned? Well, it was late on a Saturday night and was getting near closing time. We ordered some fried chicken that ended up being more greasy than normal. However, we took into account the time of our visit and just shrugged it off. Nevertheless, the chicken was still tasty and we finished most of it.

Also, we are fans of their breakfast biscuits, which they serve all day. We're especially fond of their Country Ham & Egg Biscuit. Unfortunately, it's much harder than in years past to find country ham at retailers here in Michigan. As a result, we like to purchase a couple of these items for our journey home. Even after sitting almost a full day the biscuits are moist and tasty the next morning, the eggs are fresh, and the country ham was lean and not overly salty.

Lastly, we always found the employees at this particular location to be professional and patient. We would recommend Bojangles to anyone that may fancy a nice southern style...

My job consist of traveling locally to different customer sites and I usually stop at Bojangles or some other fast food to get breakfast to start my day. I have eaten at #bojangles in Dalton, GA,

They was out of sweet tea where you get your drinks when eatting in I informed the lady taking orders. She said she get it She never put no sweet tea out. This was about 5 pm. Any other restaurants would have put sweet tea out. Not there. She never gave reason. Plus there 2 different type fountain drink out 2. That show the manger never had employee to check nothing. It would not take less 5 minutes to check the drink area. I never eat no fast food restaurants before that never refill the sweet tea dispenser. It was not like it was 8pm or later. Was no reason for this. I seen 2 employees standing and talking and not doing nothing. So they had employees that could check the drink area. They did not even have drink thet was out mark. Other fast food restaurants all way mark fountain drinks that out. My grill chicken sandwich was cold. Was not worth the long wait to get hot chicken sandwich. One on fort Henry drive never served cold grill chicken sandwiches. This shows stone drive is not on there plan to make sure hot...
