So tonight, I get it 100% it was Christmas eve, I work fast food. I really apologize. I really wanted taco bell but they were already closed. I really didn't even except you to even take my order yall closed at 9 and I came at 857 with a huge order. It took them 10-12 min to make everything. I was ready to hand them 40 for the bill it was 33 I think or 32 and changed but like an 7 dollar tip or so.
The screen changed implying my order was coming out. I swear it was my order. But I could have been wrong. It happens especially after the car hop chatted up the customers. I'm sitting there going man this dude making me wait even longer? Okay. I get it it. Then my gut was right. DUDE Gave them MY order next to me. The car next to me. I have worked enough food work- I KNOW what's going on. We see the workers faces frantic in the store. They know bruh messed UP
The guy walks back in the store. These folks had the guts to bring it back out directly to me bwith new drinks, SAME crinkled. Like uhm no really?! Come on bruh. He slightly agreed. They came back no less than 4 mins trying to re give us the SAME food 100% no way. REALLY?! then ask me for the full total. Like Sally and Tom's hands were JUST NOT IN THAT FOOD GOING NAW BRUH THIS ISNT OUR ORDER.. I saw it happens in front of me at the guys driver window. Back dude gave him a tip.
They gave us the wrong drinks also and I didn't want to pay nor take anything for free. I attempted to give the guy the drinks back.. GUESS WHAT HE TELLS US?! I'm sorry I can't take back your drinks since they been in your car... WHAT BWWAHAA. DO BETTER. Jfc
I'm sure the food was going to be awesome because it was going to be fresh. I was hungry. Jusy worked a double my self. I appreciate you guys still but we all know what they all just tried to pull is ridiculous. So I'm going to give them a good food rating but I'm still mad

Read moreIt's fast food. It's local. And it's open till 12 AM unlike most places. What more can you ask for in a Fast Food place. Especially one you don't even have to leave your car for? The food is of good quality and the staff is particularly friendly. A win win wouldn't you say?
The workers here are REALLY good at getting to know the regulars. I should know. They know me for two things here. My drive thru character voices and being Super Mario. Anyways...Dimmy's giving this 5 stars outta 5!
EDIT: 3 consecutive times, I have gone to this Sonic. I've ordered the same thing. Single Cheeseburger, only ketchup. Large Fry. Large Diet Coke. 3 times now, I've gotten a dry or over cooked patty. Buns that are burnt or dry leading me to throw the burger away. If I have to ASK for you to remake it, you're getting no mercy when I review your establishment. Today on 2/27/24, I walked all the way from Allendale Falls just to get here and get an overcook burger. It was around 8 AM. YOU DIDN'T HAVE THAT MUCH BUSINESS! The last three times I've gotten this service, I've been using up a $50 Birthday Gift Card I can never be refunded or get back. Seriously, why does EVERY food establishment look at dry crusty food and think it's okay. Would you feed that to your family. If the answer is yes, you're a terrible person. If the answer is no, then don't freaking serve it to the customers who give you a paycheck! I'm revising my score to 1...

It was 9:30 and we ordered a shake, a drink and an ice cream (Oreo waffle cone) well when I got to the window the kid tries to hand me a blast instead of the cone and I looked at receipt and it's been rang up wrong. Fine, the blast is more expensive I ask if I can just switch the blast for the cone that I didn't care about the price difference all while kid is holding this blast out the window insisting that I take it. He then proceeded to roll his eyes at me, that was singlehandedly the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen from a "service" employee. I was instantly pissed and asked for a manager. I gave them all my stuff back and got my money back and left. The manager even tried to get the boy to apologize which he was reluctant and I did not allow him to do since it was not of his own free will, so I pulled away before he ever spoke.
