Not only was it uncomfortably hot, my wife and I were sweating while trying to enjoy what little food choices the $12.99 dinner buffet offered. But to top it off, everything we chose was either cold or hard as a rock. 3 different chicken dishes all cold and just old. The egg rolls, cheese wonton's and doughnuts were all rock hard and unedible. We were there for less than 10 mins and after taking a single disappointing bite from each thing we decided to leave. We would have been well within our rights to just walk out and we should have. But me and my wife are good human beings and felt obligated to at least pay for the only thing that we had more than just one taste of and only thing that tasted good and was the correct temperature, 2 barely drank Cokes only used to wash down the bad food. When the employee unexpectedly seen us waiting to pay so soon and even said "that was fast". We explained as nice as possible what was wrong in detail (leaving out the uncomfortable restaurant temperature). She didn't offer an apology, no she charged us $34. That's just bad business and just wrong. Hope it was worth losing our future business, this 1 star review and the possible money this review...
Read moreWe've been here for 2 weeks. Just moved to Tennessee from Florida and due to a broken leg I'm in no condition to be fixing any food. So a neighbor recommended this place and each time we've gotten exactly to the t what we have ordered. It was hot. It was delicious and the leftovers are even better. I and my daughter got sweet and sour chicken and both times that's our favorite and both times we got a wonderful amount as well as the vegetable fried rice that we like and they give you plenty of sweet and sour sauce which has been an issue with other establishments in Florida. So definitely a good place to order from and I can always update when we get a chance to actually...
Read moreFor 2 years this has been my ONLY good result of yummy food, until today. This was in the vat of egg drop soup. When I brought it to their attention, the manager (maybe owner) doubled down on defending the food. He said repeatedly that it was egg, and it was fine, and something to do with the cooking process. As if I wasn't grossed out enough, he started playing in the cup, smooshing it, and approached me with it on his finger. I had to tell him not to come near me with that, it was gross, and he finally walked away. If that's egg, then it's rotten egg, if it's not egg then it's mold. That is not the only bit that looked like that, it's just all I cared to put in the bowl to subject my eyes to. They still insisted I paid full price for our lunch....
