Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kingston

This chipotle was probably the dirtiest one that I've ever been to. We usually go to the Wilkes-Barre one but the Kingston location was closer to our home. We didn't want to drive too far since it was already 8:30pm. They usually offer military discount, but today particularly they didn't want to offer it. We went here the week before to get a lunch order and they honored it. Today the girl who checked us out with the heart tattoo under her eye said no for some reason . To make it worse, it was filled with teenagers just loitering around. They didn't order anything. About 15 of them were sitting at tables and the floor being so loud and rowdy throwing straws around. The station for drinks was filled with garbage and looked dirty and gross. The staff was miserable and they barely had any choice of meats and toppings. Next time I will drive the extra few miles to the Wilkes barre location. They just opened up this place is it’s already trashed. This place needs new management...

Me and my girlfirend were really looking forward to this location since its closer for us versus the wilkes barre one, but the kingston location is a huge let down. They never have everything they need or cooked. Either they are out of chicken, steak or white rice and i have to wait almost every single time for at least one of those things to be ready. They even didnt have wraps at one point which is crazy, wasted my time going there. They dont give you a double portion of meat but still charge the double meat price. Their portion of rice is a joke that wouldn’t even feed a toddler.They frequently forget to charge something to your order and ask to put your card in again to double charge you. Their consistency and quality is all over the place and their prices are way to high to not be happy with your order every time. Very disappointing, it takes alot for me to write a review. Spend your hard earned money and time...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave bad reviews. However, this one is beyond warranted. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with white rice, fajita vegetables, black beans, cheese, sour cream, pico and corn salsa. I received: spicy pork, brown rice, shredded lettuce and pico. I had to completely get rid of my burrito bowl as I don’t eat spicy pork. Also my chips and queso were missing. When I tried to contact chipotles customer service it was immediately put on door dash just because the only option was to choose where your order came from on the terrible automated system they used. Door dash delivered my ordered just fine. Chipotle made my order completely wrong and forgot to put my chips and queso in the bag. I was unable to speak to anyone at chipotle because their automated system is nearly impossible and am now out of $35 to receive absolutely nothing I ordered. Will never order from here again....
