Seriously disappointed. Lack of choice of flavors, all from other manufacturers, they don't make their own. Service was mediocre at best. Four young gals standing around but no one really wanted to wait on us. I asked a lot of questions about the different flavors, never was a sample offered. Made my choice then found out that "one" of their scoops was really two smaller scoops. I would have asked for different flavor for the second one but that wasn't offered. Ate about 5-6 bites and found a long hair. Thankfully I was just outside and went back in and showed them that there was a hair in my ice cream. Got a look of "what do you want me to do about it?" from the first gal I showed it to. Then one the waited on us saw what was going and offered to replace it. Won't be back. Really miss Mora, great ice cream and they knew how to...

This is a nice scoop shop near the ferry. ⛴️🍨 The vegan options are quite limited and they ran out of two of their vegan flavors on the day we went, too. They have a handy binder with ingredients for almost all their featured ice cream and sorbet flavors so it's helpful for customers with allergies. The shop itself is pretty small and the seating/line areas are limited. They have chess, checkers, Candyland, and Connect 4 for customers to enjoy as well. The ambiance isn't as nice as it could be since the store is a bit cluttered with cases of their (not house-made) cones stored in the open.

🚻 The restroom requires walking around outside to the back of the building and using a key...

We were in a rush for the ferry and the 3 young employees continued to giggle and joke around moving slower than snails preparing the order in front of us!! They even stopped to get a selfie in the middle of it!? They then proceeded to simply skip us and got the people's order behind us. When my daughter and I commented ...3 times...that they skipped us... they ignored us like we had never said a word! It was like science fiction!!! Then we paid $9 for 2 scoops of ice cream. I'm still not sure they even knew we were humans...or alive... other than to tell us where to pay. ...

A small ice cream shop with a good variety of flavours available. The service was good, the attendent who helped us was patient and polite. They have some fruit sorbet on menu which is very good if you are looking for dairy free options. The ice cream texture isn't bad but a little too sweet for my taste. I have to say that would rather something creammy and silk with less sugar. Overall it is good option to treat yourself while waiting for the ferry.

THE place for ice cream in the Kingston ferry terminal area. A bit expensive but the taste, flavors and quality are so worth it. They have limited indoor and outdoor seating but then you can walk over to the Kiwanis park or the marina no problem. The staff are friendly and any flavor you order will be good. The place closes in the fall and winter so enjoy it now while summer is still here.
