Have been here many times and it has definitely gone downhill as the reviews show. Ordered 2 12 oz double mochas with light whip (12oz only have one shot). As soon as I picked them up I knew they were mostly foam/whip based on the weight. Took a sip and they tasted like very sweet chocolate. Took off the lid and they both were at least one inch from the top of the cup and I am talking the whip cream, the actual drink was much lower than that. I asked the barista to fill them up and she said she had to stop there to leave room for the whip. Seriously?! Several inches less milk for a light whip squirt? I am not new to coffee, this was crazy. Anyway, after leaving we determined they likely also missed the extra shot, maybe even the coffee all together as they tasted like hot chocolate. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this place in the hopes that the last experience was a fluke. Because the last visit was very long and had to endure a rude cashier. Tonight we only had to wade through 2 dogs attached to a customer. Upon entering the shop we were greeted with glares and regret they had not sealed the doors prior to our arrival. Asking if they were still open was answered with regret that they were. Painfully and rudely they made two americanos. Here’s the good one. They had already washed the espresso grounds container, and soothe barista decided to just tap out the grounds directly into the garbage can... wow. Never ever will we or our family patonizr this horrible place!!! Please shut down soon and bring a business that cares about...

Stop by with family to get our favorite coffee,and when I got my coffee it was warm kids temp ,I asked if they had a microwave to warm it up they said no, then I told the batista my coffee was warm she just had made it she kinda got snobby about it,she made a comment because I stepped out for a second and she made a comment saying she was gonna make my coffee scorching hot I said u can just add hot milk to warm it up ,it wasent the same I was dissapointed after she saw that I was kinda dissapointed she Said I can remake your coffee I want you to have the best experience I can remake your coffee,by then it was too late she should of just remake my coffee no questions asked ,my coffee was water down didn't get the taste of the nice espresso and...
