Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kingston

Because of DoorDash and UberEats when you go you end up waiting 30 minutes. I went inside and they have 5 drivers for UberEats. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. Drive-thru was almost all around, and they have only 2 people on each line. Tacobell has gone down hill cause of covid, they need to have all these deliveries filled by a slow store or central location and keep these busy stores clear. I know that I won’t be back any time soon. The management is nice, the kids are well kids with zero work ethic and no one wants to work now. The food I got was a taco pack and chalupas. When I got home I realized that they never gave me sauce. The two doing the orders were in and out and worried about talking to people outside and ignoring the manager. Make tacos at home and avoid the line. I learned from a friend that works there, that if the food is left over it is served the next day! So we can be eating funky beef, chicken, and steak the next day for...

On the 2nd to last visit there, they messed up our order...ordered a bean burrito and got one with beef in it (????), ordered and paid for a 7 layer which was smaller than the bean burrito, amongst other things that went wrong in the order..we were upset so we called (we never do this but it truly was so upsetting..paying close to 20 bucks for our order and having it messed up so badly...we had to call), the manager said to come in during the day as the day staff is better and offered to replace the order that was messed up. We went back today and the lady manager was kind and ensured our food was made correctly, but one of the employees started to argue with us about our order that was messed up when it was the manager that was helping us..???? Who does that, I realize things go wrong and we gave the place a last try but we will not be going back..the unnecessary interaction with that one employee ruined it. Sad, because the food today was good and...

Kingston Location is waaaay better than the Wilkes-Barre. Food came out hot. Even after waiting in a long drive thru line. At 1am. By the way this location is open to 2 am EVERY Night. Again food was hot, order correct, ordered a large variety and everything right. And tacos and burritos were super Stuffed. Not all lettuce an she'll or all burrito an no filling. Like it's Wilkes-Barre location. Oh by the way the manger at the Wilkes-Barre location at my Tim if visit was the one that took my order and still got it wrong. Didn't get a name.
