Waitress had attitude and extreme lack of respect. On phn cldnt give directions cuz not from Kingston, and refused to look out the window to give a landmark cuz she was on the phone in the back. but when I came to pick up she made me walk to the back of the building where she walked right thru the door on the inside. and i had to walk where the pick up door was. The food was tasteless... chicken nachos... not as I ordered. I went back in and pampered princess said what I ordered was American nachos and they don't come with jalapenos & didn't I see the pillbox of sour cream on the side!?! she kept putting her hands out saying.. I just work on Sundays. and smirking. I said I asked what came on it and I said and jalapenos and extra sour cream.. she put her hands out and said. well there was conversation but it doesn't come on it. pampered princess kept smirking and when the cook came out she kept smirking. The restaurant was empty and I won't be back either. She never apologized and when I told her I'd do a review she said.. go ahead. This place is not worth the trouble for the attitude or he tasteless food. I'd say better to be closed on a Sunday wld be better, rather than have a spoiled brat ruin what business you did get on a Sunday. Tell u I went Taco Bell.. got smiles , napkins, great servíce. phenomenal taste and extras were offered. yeah can u believe takeout and not even a napkin. ...
Read moreGaslighting? I’ve ordered takeout from here many many times. Carne Asada tacos & rice and twice a double cheeseburger with bacon for my son. The tacos are okay, dry, tough meat with some chopped onion. I lived in SoCal near the Mexican border and there is nothing like an authentic taco / Mexican food …you won’t find that in Pennsyltucky. Last week my usual order was completely different. The tacos were amazing aside from too much guac which was supposed to be on the side. The double cheeseburger with bacon was also amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and wonder if I ordered from the same place. This week it was back to dry plain tacos and my son threw the double cheeseburger in which they forgot the bacon in the garbage. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the burger was half the size from last week and completely different stale flat sesame seed bun as opposed to last weeks fresh, big, soft bun. I kept thinking I ordered from the wrong place. Alas, I did not. I’m wondering why one day everything was so well made and a few days later just awful. I’d love to know whom the chef was on the day the food was superb so I’ll know to only order on those days and skip feeling...
Read more4 of us (my wife, my friend, his wife & myself) recently went here for a Friday night (@ 1830hrs) dinner. No reservations required & plenty of available parking in their lot and on the street. It was: seat yourself & BYOB. They have plenty of non-alcoholic drinks, but we brought some beers for pleasure. I believe it's a family run place - but I could be wrong; seemed like anyway.
The inside was open, clean and a goodly number of tables. We were taken care of quickly by a young man; family member? Son perhaps?
Basic menu, but overall a good selection of appetizers & main meals. A nice mix of some Mexican & Italian / Pizza. Nothing fancy, but this is not fine dining.
Food was made to order and came out reasonably fast. Was hot, respectable portions and quite yummy! I had their 3 cheese pizza, my buddy got a stromboli (?), The ladies got a fajita platter & fish tacos. We all commented on what a pleasant surprise this place is! Can't ask for more than really good food, generous portions and all at a great value cost wise. Our bill was @ $85 for the 4 of us (as I recall).
We all definitely would recommend giving this new...
