Twilight Bistro & Ale House — Restaurant in Kingston

We don’t live around the area, but had to come out for business reasons…looked up somewhere close for a beer and a bite before heading back home. SO happy we found this little gem. The building is really pretty and the decor and atmosphere on the inside is super cool. We had amazing drinks, amazing service and amazing food. There was (I’m pretty sure) only one man tending bar and tending to dining patrons but he never made it obvious. He was swift and efficient, and very nice. Good workers nice lady was our waitress. Although, large cheese steak Stromboli over 20 bucks has little amount of steak compared to the absurd amount of bad tasting banana peppers. So many bites of just trash peppers and bread. Was told manager made it using proper measurements and it's my fault I gotta deal with it. Can't continue to be a customer here which sucks cause the waitress was very nice and professional but if any errors with food you'll be S.O.L. Unfortunately, my visit here was far from pleasant. The restaurant looks nice from the outside, but the inside felt poorly maintained and not very clean. The menu seemed promising, yet the food did not live up to expectations—it was bland, oily, and served lukewarm.
