I placed an order for pizza around 10:20 PM, Saturday, November 25th. I'm a nurse in the ICU at the hospital nearby, and unable to leave, so one of the CNAs I was working with went to pick up the order, and arrived at the store around 11 pm.
As he pulled up to the drive-through, he was met with a voice over the intercom saying "we're closed". Again, this was approximately 11 pm, where the store hours state that they are open until 11:30pm on Saturdays. He mentioned that he was picking up an online order, to which they told him to pull up.
When arriving at the window, the employee said "for Chad?", which my coworker confirmed, at which time the employee working abruptly said "here" and shut the window. We do not know her name, but she was described as a "heavy-set, darker skinned female".
Upon returning to work, we found around half of our order was missing. We ordered: one fanceroni, a crazy bread combo with sauce, and mnm brownies. While the pizza was very good, the brownies were not included in the order, nor was the sauce for the crazy bread. Furthermore, while we are fortunate to not have someone with a mushroom allergy, there was a random mushroom (?) in the crazy bread.
My concern isn't even necessarily the missing items in the order, but the demeanor with which my coworker was treated. I'm sure when she was short and said "we're closed", what she meant was "I'm sorry, but we are unable to accept new orders past 11 PM". I would imagine she was frustrated about having to make food close to closing time, and I understand that everyone has bad days, but the way my coworker was treated was unacceptable and appalling.
As previously stated the food that we did receive was good, and we certainly appreciate being able to grab a quick bite to eat when we are not taking care of the sickest patients in Kingsville, but the way my coworker was treated is disheartening to say the least - and I couldn't even offer him a brownie for...
Read moreI ordered online and drove 30 mins away to get my order. I got there ahead of schedule and waited in the car until it was time to go in during the time frame my order would be done. When my husband walked in they said my order was not done because they forgot to put make cheese bread. When he came back to tell me this I got off the car to see what the wait was about. A worker came over and stated that they were packing up cheese breads right now. As the worker that was helping me tried to do his job and get my order done there was a young lady and was taking her time to get cheese bread out of pan for her customer. When the worker that was helping me told the young lady to hurry because i was standing there waiting for my order she said "not to rush her" and going even slower. Rogelio (the Manger) was the only one working in a fast manner listening to what was going on and not taking any action to the situation. When Rogelio finally got my order to me I asked him his name and he told me and I asked him her name he said he could not give me that information. I said that was fair and asked who the Manger was and he said him. I told him thank you and went on my way. I felt that young lady was very unprofessional and didn't care about the work she was doing and the urgency in her work...
Read moreAt this point, it seems like the owners of this franchise just really do not care about their customers. I guess they think since there is no other little ceasars in town that they can have rude employees who seem to be always on their phones instead of making food and won’t spend the money to fix their equipment! When you go they never have pizzas ready and you think it’s a joke but it’s not. I gave them a try for a whole entire year and in that year I promise you they only had pizzas ready about once or twice. Mind you, I try to get my family pizza once a week. The times I tried to order online was a complete NIGHTMARE!!!!! This place is sad, pathetic and needs a complete management overhaul from its OWNERS down to its “could care less” attitude typed employees. This might just be THE WORST LITTLE CEASARS IN ALL OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Oh an I see the owner is now responding to ratings, hi hello! Who are you paying for those fake five star ratings we were just there last week and it’s...
