I'm so tired of stale bread from you Subway!!!!! Geez The staff is always super friendly. But honestly I feel like they're all hiding something.... Like how miserable they are working there. But they do it well! Whoever owns these subways I don't know how you keep such good sweet people working for you at this location. The one by the university might as well just give up. The owner Ali is one very mean person to his employees. One day when I was ordering food, Ali was getting angry at his employees for not being fast enough right in front of several customers. He could’ve handled that better in my opinion instead of micromanaging. A good boss should always know that the way he treats his employees is the way they will treat the customers! The food is still good, but I wish the employees would go a bit slower when making my sandwich. That way it won’t come out looking...

Customer service varies. Came in two weeks apart and was charged two different prices for the same sandwich. Two weeks ago was great and we thought things had gotten better.
