I would give this 0 stars if I could. I showed up at 10:50 and when I pressed to order at 10:53 I was told they had served the last customer because they were “closed.” I told them it wasn’t even 11 yet and they said it was 11 according to their clock (7 min. early according to my phone clock). They also rudely shut off the communication, and all lights outdoors when I was still clearly talking to them. This is poor management letting your employees close early because they don’t want to stay open until 11. I understand this may be students attending school, and this is about not getting a damn milkshake but this is also still a job. Very, very displeased with the “service” if you can even call it that. Sonic customers IN KINGSVILLE has been lost. I reccomend the staff of The night of February 13th, to be looked at, and or talked to for displaying this type of “service”. Read moreI'm so sad to be writing this because honestly I haven't had any major issues until some of our recent visits. But this morning alone has me a little upset. We ordered 2 super sonic burritos. We always refer to them as the one with jalapeños and tater tots. Mine I personally wanted less onions and instead of sausage I wanted bacon. In the app replacing that sausage with bacon adds another $1 to the burrito so it comes out to over $6. I didn't care because I really wanted bacon. Well we got our order, I felt like it was a pretty timely manner no biggie, and my burrito had the customizations minus jalapeños and tater tots. I basically had a bacon jr burrito for twice the price and my husband's had a couple jalapeños and also no tater tots.
