So I have to say, i don't do reviews often. But this place was so good, I had to share! I am vegan, and everything I had was delicious! I was over full by the end of it. My husband eats everything and he also enjoyed everything he tasted!

First off, the location was the only thing that made my husband and I hesitant to try the place. The area is a little run down. The auto repair or garbage on one side and the rundown trailer parks on the other side can REALLY mislead new comers. We are visiting from Colorado and we had a bad experience in 2 different places on our first day in Houston. However, on our second day I checked the high ratings of the Spice Station and we were hungry so we figured we'd take another gamble.

The outside is cute but nothing fancy. Again, the area definitely mislead us. But when we walked in, everything was immaculate! That built my trust. But what really sold us was the owner's hospitality and invitation to try everything on the menu. My husband and I originally intended to get a medium size lunch. But of all the samples we had, ALL of the food was absolutely delicious and fresh! The owner for sure knows what he is doing as a chef but also as a business owner. He was very personable and passionate about his food. It was such a pleasure eating there. We are only visiting for a week but we'll be back before we leave for sure. And I just encourage anyone who is visiting this area to not let the location fool you. It would be a missed opportunity to have some delicious food and impeccable service at an incredibly...

Food tasted great, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. But little did I know of the events that were soon about to unfold... My family wanted to try this place for some time, after the many good reviews we found online, and we've eaten Indian food from time to time without problem. So we gave it a shot. We enjoyed our time there, and went on about our day with the intention of coming back soon. That was until around 9 hours later, when everyone in my household started to compete for the bathrooms. There are only two of them - and there are FOUR of us. And we ate a lot. I'll let your imagination take it from here, but needless to say, it was an all nighter with a few more runs first thing in the morning. At one point, I even considered bringing a pillow with me to sleep on the toilet. It would have been more convenient. Now, I'm not going to jump to conclusions and say that this was "food poisoning". Maybe - just MAYBE - there was some type of spice in this food that just didn't agree with our stomachs, rather than it being spoiled. But either way - the consequence was the same. If anyone has eaten here recently - like this past weekend - and had the same situation - please leave your own review so others can make more informed decisions of the risk involved. If you still choose to come here - I hope your luck fares better. But if it doesn't - I want you to think back to this review while you're sitting on the toilet, and just know that I did EVERYTHING in my power to try and save you...

Spice Station in Kingsville, Texas, proved to be an outstanding dining experience during our visit for the livestock show. The culinary adventure began with the Butter Naan – impeccably baked, soft, and generously brushed with butter, setting the tone for a delightful meal.

The Butter Chicken was a symphony of flavors, with succulent chicken pieces bathed in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce. The balance of spices in this dish was remarkable and lived up to the restaurant's reputation for authenticity.

The Saag Paneer was equally impressive, featuring tender cubes of paneer in a velvety spinach sauce. The fusion of textures and flavors showcased the chef's skill and commitment to quality ingredients.

What sets Spice Station apart is the evident dedication to using high-quality, fresh ingredients. This commitment was reflected in every bite, contributing to an overall excellent dining experience.

The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The attentive and friendly staff added to the positive atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, Spice Station in Kingsville, Texas, is a culinary gem that delivers an authentic taste of Indian cuisine. From the delectable Butter Naan to the flavorful Butter Chicken and Saag Paneer, this establishment is a must-visit for those seeking a satisfying and memorable gastronomic journey.

Just sayin it's pretty good...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Kingsville! We just had our first lunch at Spice Station in Kingsville, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, the experience was warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. They even gave us a small sample plate before we ordered, which was such a thoughtful touch. And yes, it convinced us right away! This isn’t your typical Indian restaurant. It’s fast casual with bold, unique flavors that stand completely on their own. Everything we tried was phenomenal. I had the spinach and chicken, along with lamb and beef meatballs—both dishes were bursting with spice and depth. My husband ordered the green chicken, which came with an incredible cilantro sauce, and the peanut coconut chicken tikka masala. The flavor combinations were balanced, creative, and delicious. The garlic naan deserves its own shout-out: hot, fluffy, and perfectly garlicky. So good. Service was quick, the team was incredibly friendly, and the prices were super reasonable. It’s a perfect spot for a quick bite that doesn’t compromise on quality or taste. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, it’s absolutely worth a stop.

I’ve eaten at Spice Station countless times, but today I finally tried the Loaded Fries with K65 Spicy Chicken—and wow… just wow. This combination is absolutely out of this world. The fries are perfectly crispy, loaded with gooey, melty cheese, and topped with Z’s signature K65 Spicy Chicken and that magical sauce. Every bite bursts with flavor, and the spice level hits just right—bold, exciting, and absolutely addictive. I’ve never had Indian food this good—seriously, hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Portions are generous, flavors are vibrant, and every dish feels thoughtfully crafted. Z’s hospitality is unmatched—he makes you feel like a lifelong friend every time you walk in. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is welcoming, and the whole experience just elevates your day. Spice Station isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a culinary adventure in your own backyard. Whether you’re a local or coming from miles away, you owe it to yourself to try this place. The Loaded Fries with K65 Spicy Chicken alone are worth a plane ticket. Z, you’ve done it again—another 100 out of 10 Stars Experience.

New review I don't know how long they have been here in their new building, but it is very nice.  It is very clean (especially compared to the gas station).  It is still the great same food, but now has more options for food and you get a ton.  I got the large meal for dinner which is a three combo platter.  I got butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and okra and it came with rice and I bought some garlic bread too.  It was enough for basically two meals and tasted great.  Price is good for the amount of food and the owners are super friendly. For some variety check this place out (again). Old review It's hard to get any food besides Mexican or American here in Kingsville but this place delivers. The owner is very friendly and gives samples of everything. The meals are tasty and bring lots of food. It is inside a dirty gas station. Although the owner tries his best to keep the tables cleaned the trash was overflowing and the floors and windows were pretty gross. Because of the environment I can't give it 5 stars. Get it to go and you'll be fine.
